Stay away from this company. They are scammers. When you terminate your contract, they try to charge you far more than the amount you have already paid.

Support team is not the best, also I tested this and it was very very laggy and the server was within my region, if you want good support and not laggyness then go somewhere else (Note: I still use them though.

I had a Bare metal Server with a three year contract. Within about 9 months there was an outage on there side. Said it was something to do with a misconfiguration of a customers server. Outage lasted more than 10 hours. The next month we were down for a power issue on there side. The following year we were down for over nine hours. It was a switch issue. we cancel our service at the end of the contract. We are now with Summit HQ. We used to have a server with another company in Secaucus NJ. They have a 100% uptime SLA. When Hurricane Sandy came thought we never had even a blip. When you go to PhoenixNAP they no longer even list the SLA policy.

Terrible service, terrible support, they are rude, ill-mannered, and treat customers poorly. Their service is constantly down. Today one of my servers went down and they still haven't responded to the ticket after 2 hours. Last time, 4 of my servers went down for 16 hours due to a power outage and they didn't provide a solution.

We are a webhosting company that has some servers with them.
They Nullrouted one of our webhosting servers without warning. Then they ask us to clean the server (without having access too the servers). They disregarded ALL servicel levels. And even worse - in the middle of the night when their support is not responsive. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them

This is a complete lie. tried to open WINDOWS TELNET, so I came to this web and found ourt that this way did not work. Try your best to avoid.

My server got terminated without a notice, they said "due to suspicions of possible fraudulent activity" but din't really explain what of "suspicions" and "possible fraudulent activity" they are talking to, i am running a game server which just migrated from Vultr to PhoenixNAP for less than a week, due this termination i am losing a important data that are stored on the server, license, database and many of them, it's make me losing a lot of money due their bad decision, i am not recommend this service for people who want to run a "Production".

Very disappointed for cancelling the order because of wrong address, Now I have to wait for 5-10 banking days to order again so stupid

I'm impressed. Their servers are lightning fast, and reasonably priced. If your startup is looking for a cloud infrastructure, I guarantee you will be happier here than at AWS or Azure. The customer service can be hit or miss at times though.

PhoenixNap is uh... unique.

Compare to the rest of Singapore Dedicated Hoster i bought, I can switch OS as I wish, here... "manual". Ask hoster to change OS, which take like almost 1-2 days to processed, and that time I wasted 2 Days unable to use hoster due to their faulty on their staff installation. Its a mess. Even SSD I had to set 100% of storage or else, you have 50% capped.

After that I thought everything went like usual installation, but nope. Most of features I had to install (like Multicraft) is incrediblely frustrating for unknown reason. I have Zero Issue on other hoster. If this is Docker Dedicated Server, thats wierd.
Connectivity sometimes from being "Fine" to unstable. Even though hoster performance is good tbf.

What makes me putting 1 Star is after I cancelled paying server after sending support ticket, that means 1-2 Days before expired. You know what happen next? I being asked to pay "another" monthly charged for unused service, otherwise you get spammed either 2 days or 4 days.

Screw that. I'm done.

Recently completed another cross-country network buildout. With stops in Dallas, Atlanta, Ashburn, Manhattan, New Jersey, and Phoenix. Over the past year, I have done buildouts in most major cities in the U.S. as well as in England. I am constantly asked my opinion on different datacenters. The conclusion after all this? PhoenixNAP located in Phoenix, Arizona is my favorite datacenter to work in, and I believe the BigBoys could learn a thing or two from PhoenixNAP. What do I base this on? The staff. Some datacenters are helpful, some aren't - But at PhoenixNAP the whole staff continuously Eager to assist. Base this on repeated stops there over the past couple years. The first few times, I was actually taken aback by how helpful whole staff is there (After coming from places like NYC) But now I realize that it isn't a fluke. That's just how they run things. Customer service is a reality in Phoenix.

They suspend you account without notice. Waste of time setting up my 5 servers for 2 hours and they just proceed to ban the account.

Amazing and personal support. Unfortunately their server is overkill for our test phase, but we will definitely return to them when we need a powerful dedicated server. Shout out to the amazing Shannon that kept writing to us masking sure that everything was all right and we were happy. I have never experienced service like that, ever!

Pricing is great, the support it to die for and their network blend in the US is great.
I would suggest creating a static proxy if you're getting a singapore server though.

for hosting a services from a Company i can highly suggests this website. As they offer helpful, friendly and quick support.
they offer services to low and good priceses. And they have a very well designed website. It can be a bit difficult for some
people to understand what some of the services are for and what they're are good for. You should try out theirs live chat.
As they're happy to help and can give a lot of advices and good tips to which services to choose from. I myself recently
bought a Dedicated server and they said it done setting up in 24 to 48 hours but it was done in under 3 hours. And i was
surprised over how quick of a setup they have on PhoenixNAP.

I was searching for a good and highly reliable server provider in Singapore or Indonesia for years, since my business is in Indonesia.

It's a really hard decision. Whether I choose OVH with their APAC server but only get 500 Mbps bandwdith with entry level server E3-1230v5. That or a local Indonesian Provider with 1 Gbps network for indonesian connection, but with really out of date server, 10 Mbps for all foreign connection and ridiculously high price.

Then, I realized. I dig around my old email, hoping perhaps got some idea or offer. Then I saw PhoenixNAP and remembered that I was registered to their newsletter. Then check their server out. I remembered that they don't have singapore DC yet at those time. But now, they do.

Looked at the server configuration, and DAMN!

Intel XEON E-2288G Coffee Lake. It's not even a v2-v6 Xeon. It's the newer Generation! I was shocked even further that they also offer 10 Gbps Network for a few bucks more. I even snatch some promo from their Sales Chat.

Before checking out for my own, bought some outlet server for my client. The price can't even complain about it. Same config in my local provider will cost high, way much higher and am glad for it. Basically I get twice the performance (heck, it's even 10x the bandwidth speed) for almost half of the price from my local provider.

After all bought, I was thinking. Maybe with these price and config their support will be ass. But nope. Everything has been good, for now. Even I got Personal Account Manager, that will help me with contracts, provisioning etc. (Props to Mr. Jovan Stepic). Every ticket is replied within hour and am fine with that since I'm choosing the unmanaged servers. Just a little help already good for me.

For now I'm happy with my decision and luck to go with PhoenixNAP. They will always be go to solutions for my Server needs.

NB:
It might be more interesting if you have some AMD server as well.

Great Service, Great Customer care

Ordert one Server for my Company. Its like 1990 Phone verification. After i wrote with a Support Agend we receive a msg that there will be a verification call, but there was no call only a email that im a high risk customer and they dont want to make business with me.

Worst company in the world stay away at all costs
