PhoneNumbers. com - exceptional service and a great experience
I purchased a memorable business phone number from another provider a while ago, so I already had some experience with the process. When I decided to purchase another number recently, I found PhoneNumbers. com and had a much better experience.
I contacted Paul, and he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I explained what I was looking for, and he provided me with several great options. I was able to find a number that was exactly what I wanted and very easy for my customers to remember.
The biggest difference for me was the payment option. PhoneNumbers. com was the only provider I found that offered a payment plan. They allowed me to spread the payments over 24 months with no interest, which made the purchase much more affordable and convenient.
Paul also helped me add the new number to my existing phone service. The process was simple and seamless, and I was able to keep my original number while adding the new one.
Because I had previously purchased a number from another company, I had something to compare the experience to. PhoneNumbers. com was clearly the better experience. The customer service was excellent, the process was easy, and the payment plan was a huge advantage.
I highly recommend PhoneNumbers. com to anyone looking for a memorable business phone number. If you contact them (800) 727-8000, ask for Paul. He was great to work with and made the entire process very easy.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!
