Christmas pictures never arrived. I contacted them twice without response and then when I finally had time months later trying to get my money back they said it was too late and sent me my Christmas postcards well after the new year

I ordered graduation party invitations for my son's upcoming event. The invitation choices were great and I was very impressed with the look and feel of the cards. The cards were very easy to design as well.

I had never heard of this company but wanted to give it a try because we had a good Groupon deal. We really liked the layout on the website when we put my daughter's graduation card together, but when we received the cards in the mail, we were disappointed with how dark the pictures were. It looked like the ink was over-saturated, and it caused the photos of my daughter and the trees behind her to look shadowy and pretty dark (compared to the real pics). The pictures themselves are not that way, so it was a printing error. Even though we had a Groupon deal, we hoped the graduation announcements would turn out much better. Other than that, we had a good experience with the company, but I don't know that I'll use it again because I want to know that the pictures will turn out just like you see them on the computer. I felt embarrassed to send the cards to our family and friends, and although I thought about asking for a reprint job, we didn't have time so I sent them out anyway.

We ordered graduation announcements and a graduation banner. The banner came first. It came very fast and it is absolutely gorgeous. We had a little mixup with our address so our cards ended up being returned by the post office to the company. When I called their customer service, I quickly was able to get someone on the phone. Her name was Jen and she was amazing. Jen helped me figure out what exactly happened and was very quick to order new cards and get them on their way as fast as possible. I feel extremely confident that everything will work out great and that the company is working hard to serve their customers with excellence. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone. Thank you Jen for all your help!

I loved the way my framed photos turned out! They all arrived in perfect shape with no damage. The only problem was that one of the frames arrived with the hanger attached upside down. That took a little bit of effort to rectify, but I was able to get it repaired and replaced.

I had this pillow made for my grandson birthday and he loves it.

The clearness of the pictures was not very good. They were blurry; however, the process was easy and I received them faster than normal. For the price that I paid, I was hoping the quality would have been better.
