great customer service
My initial frame was damaged when it arrived but within 30 minutes of me getting in contact with Tamara another one was sent. The second one arrived in perfect condition. Great to have instant response and to know a problem can be dealt with straight away.

No instructions included for floating frames...
The frame itself is fine, arrived promptly and was well packed. However, all the accompanying small parts needed some explanation and what might be obvious to yourselves, is not obvious to people who do not frame pictures every day. It took a long time (and some wastage...)to make sense of it and instructions for hanging a picture in a floating frame would have been appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Andrea,
Thank you for your review — we really appreciate your feedback! We completely understand that not everyone is familiar with how to assemble float frames, as they are a little different from standard picture frames.
We do offer a short video on the product listing showing how to assemble our float frames, as well as a more detailed tutorial available under our Framing Tutorials section:

Thought it would be better value for money
I liked how easy it was on the website to find the correct size and mount needed. However when the actual frame came I thought it would be more sturdy and higher quality as it was coming from a specialised frame shop.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad you found it easy to choose the right size and mount on our website. All of our frames are handmade in our UK workshop using real wood. We use Perspex instead of glass (as mentioned in the listing) to keep the frame lightweight, safe to ship, and easy to hang — so while it may not feel as heavy or sturdy as glass, it is still very durable. The mount is acid-free with a precision machine-cut bevelled finish, giving a professional, long-lasting result. We carefully select all materials to ensure both quality and longevity.
Efficient delivery
Frame was exactly as described and was dispatched quickly.
Would recommend.
