I was very impressed with the service I received. I also appreciated the ability to purchase a used paddle that was still like new.

I purchased an item for 9 dollars and you charged me almost 13 for shipping. Feel like I got fleeced

I had a great experience with Pickleball Central! I originally purchased a paddle at full price, but shortly after, it went on sale. When I reached out, their customer service team was quick to respond and honored the sale price without any hassle.

It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their customers like that. Between their responsiveness and commitment to fairness, I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!

I enjoy purchasing through Pickleball Central because their customer service is very responsive not to mention that they have a wide variety of products with the 30 day trial period.

The people I dealt with or courteous knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with

I ordered 12 life time pickleballs and paid $15 for shipping. That was a week ago. Seems like $15 should get them here faster than that. I’ve ordered lots of stuff from you guys over the years and this is the first time I haven’t been happy about it.

It was easy to order. The delivery was as I was told and the shoes are great. What else do we need?

Fast shipping, easy shopping experience and everything always arrives in great shape

Love my paddle! It arrived quickly too

Very easy set up! Awesome net, hope to play for years to come!

Purchased a $300 paddle. Shipped it a bubble bag. Most likely won't purchase a paddle from here again. Luckily it was not damaged. Even Amazon puts $50 paddles in a box.

Bought two paddles, and returned one. My wife wasn’t as happy with her choice as I was. The return was painless. I love my paddle. The process of ordering and returning is seamless. Thank you pickleball central.

In my experience, Pickleball Central has been a great resource for pickleball paddles and equipment. The orders have always been filled correctly, the merchandise is of the expected quality and the shipping/delivery time is a-OK.

I unfortunately had to return the paddle that I'd ordered as soon as I received it due to a serious leg injury. My return was processed immediately, and it was fast and easy. The customer service response time was almost immediate. Next time I buy a paddle, I will definitely order from Pickleballcentral.com.

Thank you pickleball central for the 30 day paddle trial. There are no retailers near me to try paddles so I appreciate your program.

Good prices on sale merchandise and quick shipping

My fault, did notice the lifetime ball were pre order. Could have just gone to any lifetime gym and had them already and saved the $12 shipping. Still waiting ordered on 3/28

My return and repurchase went smoothly. I appreciate the extra $10 with the replacement

A quick, efficient and reliable service was provided. This was immensely appreciated as I had placed an order all the way from New Zealand!
