Love the net I ordered. It was a great sale price plus free shipping. Order and delivery, issue free!

Great info regarding delivery!
Also the price was reasonable.

Very easy to navigate the website and find the product I was looking for. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived on the advertised date.

Easy to work with, fair prices, quick shipping! Great company, will order again from these folks soon. 👍

The balls were initially out of stock. I took advantage of the “Notify Me” option and received an email as soon as they were available. I really enjoy playing with the Life Time balls. They are durable and lively.

You advertise fast shipping. Pure nonsense. I ordered a paddle 6 days ago. A shipping label was created 5 days ago. Yet it still has not been given to the shipper for delivery. Just cancel the order and refund the purchase amount.

USPS had some odd messaging regarding not receiving the item. I reached out to PickleballCentral and they were prompt, polite, and reassuring. Paddle was as described ... I'm still getting used to it so I might write a review on the paddle itself later. But the service was great, thanks.

Clear website, straight-forward ordering, prompt delivery, fair price.

Pickleball Central quickly rectified the problem we had with our order.

Ordered my paddle, received my paddle however, very disappointed that it didn’t come with a cover. My friends bought a paddle also from the local rep and received a cover, a shirt and a hat! Over 300.00 bucks and no cover to protect it! Yes I’m pissed

My wife and I are very impressed with the new LUXX Control paddle and totally enjoying it. We are willing to recommend it any time.

The PRO 1 balls I purchased were very disappointing. They feels like light, inconsistent and do not last very long. I still prefer the Lifetime green balls.

I ordered lifetime pickleballs. Paid for them. They said they shipped but tracking never showed them on transit for several weeks. I paid 13 dollars for shipping which was high. I called in and was told to wait. Then I saw they reshipped the item and it finally came a week later. Took almost a month to get them and probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t call in who knows if I’d ever get them. This was my first experience with pickleball central. No apology or offering of a discount , free shipping or something on next purchase. Would be hesitant to use again.

Pickleball Central offered an option to let us know when an item I wanted to purchase was going to be back in stock which was great. The price was good and the item was delivered promptly.

The rackets were shipped promptly and it was exactly what I ordered. I am happy with the product and will be using it in our PE classes.

Great prices and fast shipping

I bought the broomstik for 333.00 and what you mailed /shipped it in; the packaging was terrible it was nothing but a slightly paddled envelope. The paddle also did not come with a cover for that price !!! Around the edge of the paddle is slightly chipped and damaged. Very disappointed in what it was sent in and how it looked when I got it and the quality of the paddle made.

Damaged paddle replaced. Since I live in Canada, process was a bit more complex, but all completed efficiently.

Site very helpful for pickleball players. Has a great paddle finder option, especially good for new players. Also the 30 return policy is fantastic.

Bought a net from them a while ago for christmas, and we wanted to return it because it was not made right for the 320+ dollar price tag you pay and no one is taking accountability or taking care of the issue not CRTC not PickleballCentral. Poor customer service I would not buy from this company.
