I discovered this fantastic company a while a go and I have true confidence in them and I choose to travel with Picks as they are very importantly to me ; reliable, safe and professional.
Reliable as ; there is excellent communication from the off-set including a reassuring update the day before travel to re-confirm your booking. They always turn up with NO chasing and are always on time - well a little early so as not to be late (they never rush you but let you know they are there ready for when you are).
Safe as ; all the drivers that have come to collect me are very capable drivers and I always feel safe in their care. Their vehicles are all well maintained and clearly well cared for.
Professional as ; from the off-set there is excellent communications, you do not need to chase them to check anything. Everything is always well ran and I know the owner really cares about customers having a very good experience and really cares about doing a excellent job. All drivers have been friendly and helpful in the best way, never once have I found myself as a solo travelling female felt uncomfortable in any way - this can not be said of some companies and some drivers unfortunately. I feel very safe in all regards with Picks.
I really would not hesitate to recommend this company based on previous fantastic experiences as everything really is taken care of leaving you to relax whilst you are whisked away in a comfortable and clean vehicle - the seemingly 'little' things are indeed everything.

Another brilliant airport transfer service from Picks travel Liverpool, Initial collection in the middle of the night to Manchester airport was smooth on time and stress free we were collected and dropped off exactly to the minute, On the inbound collection exactly the same scenario bang on time fantastic communication and we even got the main man and big boss Ian, Who is a lovely guy and very down to earth, he told us the history of the company and how he has grown it to be such a reliable transport option, we wouldn't use anyone else, Everything just flows and it's so stress free with great use of an app/SMS & regular emails and a whole bunch of friendly drivers who go out of their way to get you there on time Not the cheapest but Picks are certainly the best in Liverpool, Holidays are expensive don't ruin it for the extra tenner !!! We had another exeptional airport transfer from Picks travel.Daniel kept us informed by text message of his arrival at the airport.He was on time,courteous ,helpful and chatted to us on our journey home.This company know how to treat their customers well and we would recommend them to any of our family,friends and anyone looking for airport or taxi transfers.Well done Ian for finding another excellent driver

3rd time using this company for airport transfers...always communicate well - the night before and on the day of trip & provide time, photo of driver, car and registration number, along with letting you know when they are outside .... which is the reassurance you need when going to the airport !!! I requested a few hours before if they could go 30mins earlier to avoid Manchester early morning traffic, which Stuart kindly obliged. Will definitely use again !!

So easy to use, fill in the online form, quote emailed sighing a few mins. The driver was in contact the day before the match and after the game to ensure we all met up. Will definitely use the service again.
