Frames are fine but if you order multiple the brackets come installed at different heights, meaning if you plan on hanging them beside each other you're going to have to some math or re install the hardware yourself. Very annoying for a 300 dollar product

I did need assistance with the depth of frame to be flush with the painting that was 3/4” depth. Cheri (?) from Canada assisted me and assured me that my painting w/frame would match a previous ly purchased frame. I haven’t received the frame yet but I trust her knowledge.
I do wish Picture Frames would stamp the back with the # of the frame for the consumer.

I’ve ordered twice frames complete with the photos and they did a lovely job., when was a poor quality picture OF a a picture .. an old Olan mills photograph of myself and 2 sibs as children which I had been years lost and of great sentimental value, blown up quite large and framed. They did an excellent job, keeping the quality of the picture as good as it could possibly be. My mom cried. And it was good.

Cheap frames/prints compared to other places, good shipping/turnaround time, but the prints themselves are very low quality. Printed out professional wedding photos and the size wasn’t large at all, but they are pretty blurry. Will keep the frame but have to find somewhere else to print.

Wide selection, easy site to maneuver

I spent over $80 including shipping for a 16x16 floating frame. 3 of the corners were okay (not great), one visible outside corner was not flush. The paint job was uneven, and they did not use decent quality wood. Extremely disappointed in quality for the price. I could have gotten the same frame in a custom frame shop for $40 more of exceptional quality (which I will do next time).

Very convenient and well priced. Customer service responded very quickly when I emailed, over a weekend, that the order I had just placed needed to be adjusted. I am on the west coast. They responded first thing Monday morning and told me how to correct the situation (cancel and reorder with new measurements).

Easy to pick and frame.

Picture frame's acrylic glass arrived broken. It was shipped inappropriately and on a semi truck which could not access my street.

When I realized I had ordered a frame in the wrong size I contacted pictureframes.com and they immediately cancelled my order no questions asked. I then ordered a frame in the correct dimensions.

Quick delivery, and the customer service was strong when I had questions before ordering, but quality for the frames is really not great. Some big gaps at the frame corners, plexi on one frame was cut smaller than the actual frame opening (they are replacing that, but it will be too late). Mat core not a solid color (angled cut of the mat reveals an off-white interior), and black 'wood' frame (website says 'often made from oak, walnut, maple, or pine') is just fiberboard with a black plastic wrapper around it. The frames also just showed up with a whole lot of plexi sawdust all over them; maybe that's just the way it works, but it seemed indicative of the low level of care generally. Lastly, I am embarrassed to admit i was fooled by the appearance of a big sale; their 'regular' price seems like it's just something they put up there to make it seem like there's time pressure to get a special deal, when in actuality everything is almost always 'on sale'.
