I cannot rate these pies and this fabulous company high enough. Not only were the pies the most delicious ever, their customer service and amazing team are unbelieveable and even ended up driving my Dad's 80th birthday pies to Brighton, so as to not miss the delivery date - you are diamond people and my dad had the best murder mystery party - thank you. They also serve their pies in at The Green Dragon in Brighton - so will be heading there soon x

We've enjoyed the Channa Rama and the Wild Shroom pies - a delicious taste good and feel good experience. The pies arrived swiftly and well packaged without excessive waste.
There are only two of us in our household and though we love Pie Minister we don't have one near us. We weren't able to order the mixed boxes because one of us doesn't eat cheese or mammals or birds. Our solution was to buy two four packs: one each of the two that tick all of our boxes. That way we had two Channa Rama and two Wild Shroom for immediate consumption and two of each for the freezer to eat in a week or two. The plan is working well for us.

Pies are brilliant...could do with more gluten free options.
The frozen pies arrived unfrozen, given the delay in delivery. The driver also didn't read the safe place choice and left the parcel in the rain on the front door step in full view of the road.

The best pies I've had in a long time! Excellent quality and taste with very good names. Kate and Sidney is on a par with the ones my dear mother used to make. I am in danger of getting larger than I would like to be!

The Steak and Kidney pies are the best pies ever. Having been brought up on home made pies I have found in recent years it is almost impossible to buy kidneys in the shops, but discovering these was a revelation. I cannot recommend them enough, not like the usual Steak And Kidney pies you find in shops (even they are now hard to find) the quality and taste is outstanding. I have lost the need to make them myself and I now buy them every week from Waitrose, I think I'm addicted. Pie and Mash, Pie and Chips, even Pie and baked beans!

I was kept informed on where my order was. However this did not stop me getting soaking wet pies. The delivery driver did not ring my bell and left the box on the doorstep in pouring rain. So I have deducted a point because of this. I am not sure the pies I have eaten so far would be better if they weren't wet. The filling was fine and I could taste the horseradish and was quite full, the pastry was superb. Will I be back for more? I am not sure!

Easily the best pie I've ever had! The beef and Stilton pie was something I thought sounded nice. I dont usually eat pies...but this one was on another level. The pastry was so crispy and thin...incredible! The flavour was sublime. Beautiful background flavour of Stilton with a good amount of filling. 10/10!!!

I thought your gluten free cheese pies were delicious. The only drawback is that they where not individually boxed and no cooking instructions had been included.

This was my second order online and just as good as the first. Delivery arrived when expected. My husband especially likes his gluten-free pies. We will order again.

Great pies with an excellent choice for vegetarians and gluten-free, which is normally very limited and the delivery was great (although a better idea of when delivery is due would be good as they can then be frozen quickly). I would love to see a wider variety of gluten-free & vegetarian for my daughter, who would love to try the mushroom and the chana rama pie. That would be a great mixed box with the current offering!

The pies are delicious and fantastic quality and I have ordered several times. Unfortunately, last time the pies were delivered to the wrong address, (not the company's fault) but the company was so helpful and made a generous gesture to atone for the mistake. I have no hesitation in re-ordering and will be doing so in the not too distant future.

As a Chef, I am very critical about what I eat, and I had a Steak and Ale pie in a Pub we stayed in in Cley next to the Sea, and I must say it is the best Pie that I have had whilst eating out, so I asked the landlord where their Pies came from, thinking it was made in-house, he said Pieminister, so as soon as I returned home I order some, you must try them.

I don't normally do reviews. I've tried every online pie so thought i would try these.

Compared to Lidl finest I am afraid you lost. Your pies £4.50 Lidl £2.7. Tried both and there was no difference. Sorry

I was happy overall with my gluten free pies but didn’t realise that the cheese pies would be frozen and all 4 in one box - they were half defrosted when delivered so had to be eaten immediately, all other pies were fresh and individually boxed so I could freeze them safely for future eating had this been the case with the cheese pies then my rating would have been 5 stars as the taste is fabulous

Have used the online service twice now, especially now that our local supermarket seems to have stopped stocking them?!?
The first time was great. This time the delivery took longer than it should have. I got a good response from the help email but they still did not confirm when I could expect to receive them, which now means my frozen pies are thawing out at my workplace over the weekend as I did not know they had arrived. If perishables are going to be shipped then I ask Pieminister to endeavour to do a better job of informing customers of their deliveries please.
