I paid 30 dollars for a titanium barbell bc my piercing was rejecting the metal i had in it the delivery was pushed back to march 30th its now the 12th and i have emailed and tried contacting this company through multiple socials and they refuse a response. i contacted the shipping carrier and they said the sender has to initiate a missing mail search and file a claim which means i cant get my money back. I ordered from this company thinking they were actually reputable and trying to sell high quality products unlike many others but unfortunately they dont seem to care about their customers receiving what they are paying for considering they will not answer and they have no customer service phone number to call. i would steer clear in this economy its not worth the chance of wasting that much money on something you will never receive. i also paid 8 dollars for next day delivery so i am out that money too.

I had an issue with a hoop nose ring I ordered back in December—some of the gems had fallen out after a few months. Even though I was well outside their 30-day return policy, Pierced Universe made an exception for me and handled it without any hassle.

Customer service responded quickly, resolved everything within a few days, and made the whole process easy. No runaround, no excuses—just good service.

Really appreciate them standing behind their product and taking care of the situation. I’d definitely order from them again.

I needed a different shaped jewelry urgently and asked for an express delivery after completing my order. Unfortunately it never arrived as an express, but I got full refund because of this. Great customer service although I was being little difficult.

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to write one for this company. I purchased earrings for myself and my daughter for Christmas.
- It is important to note the size of the earrings displayed on their website is deceivingly larger than the actual size - especially the hoop earrings...be sure to use the dropdown menu to note the actual size.
- The backings are an unusal design and both my daughter and I had difficulty fitting them in our ears even though we are average to small builds.
- After 2 weeks of wearing her earrings, one of my daughter's earrings broke off from the post while she was wearing it.
- I emailed the company over a month ago, requesting: a replacement for the broken earring; instructions for putting the earring in with more ease; & request to return the hoop earrings.
I initally did not hear back from them, but they have recently reached out and apologized, saying that my email to them ended up in their spam somehow. They have been very gracious regarding return/replacement. I will update again regarding their follow up.

Both items I ordered arrived the wrong size and are completely unusable. They are nothing like what was advertised and far smaller than they should be. It’s honestly shocking that a company would send out items this incorrect.

Receiving two items that are both wrong shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. This has been a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

I have contacted the seller requesting a full refund for both items. Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

I had placed an order online - after not receiving my order within the quoted delivery window I reached out to the customer service via email and came to find I had incorrectly entered a portion of the shipping address - the team at pierced universe replied to my email promptly and were extremely helpful - they even reshipped my order as a rush at no additional cost - it’s actions like this that show a company has quality customer service - I am so grateful that the jewelry I ordered will arrive in time as these items are a birthday gift! Thank you Pierced Universe! I will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Followed the instructions from their website to cancel the order and they shipped it two days later. Have been trying to contact for return and this has gone unanswered.

Terrible customer service and they will be looking to deduct money spent for refunding, despite me following their instructions.

The jewelry is affordable and cute while being very affordable! The customer service was also amazing when I had questions and concerns about something I had bought. They quickly made my situation right and were so helpful and responsive to my emails. Will absolutely be buying from them again.

I was blown away by the professionalism. I ordered a couple tapers (among other things) but only one arrived. No big deal, these things happen. When I emailed them to let them know, not only did they ship another one, they refunded the entire cost of the initial 2 tapers! That’s unreal! Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you so much!

If you're second guessing a purchase here, don't. Their jewelry is amazing and the selection is great. They have such a variety of jewelry and so many options in titanium. Their customer service is truly amazing. While you can't really do returns with them, their customer service has been so helpful in situations where I was looking for a particular piece and when I messed up my order on accident. Their shipping options are great (they ship from Canada and the USA) as low as 4$ (7-9 days) for Canada and free over only 35$CAD. So glad to have them for us Canadians

had issues with shipping through usps, and was able to get it figured out immediately by email, they have amazing customer service, and got my issue resolved quickly! ive never had any issues with this brand, and i love their jewelry!! highly reccomend!!

At first I loved everything. It seemed well made and so happy that it wouldn't rust. It hasn't even been 2 months and 2 sets of earrings that I purchased broke. The stones fell out, the heart fell off, and the purple stud broke off of the post. I ordered 4 sets of earrings and 2 sets out of the 4 broke. The earrings were not cheap and I expected more.

I had an issue with two pieces I ordered, and Pierced Universe handled everything perfectly. After I explained the problem, their team was super responsive and helpful. They immediately clarified the situation and offered to ship out replacements free of charge, and even confirmed they would test the items before shipping to make sure they work properly.
It’s rare to find such attentive and professional customer service these days — I really appreciate their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. I feel confident ordering from them again!

i ordered a nose hoop. the money was deducted from my account. i have tried many times to contact this company with no response. it is not possible to sign up for an account to take a deeper dive into my order. how do i get credited back my money?

I had an issue with an order based on an error entirely on my part. I received an understanding response and an unexpectedly generous solution from the person who responded to me. They certainly didn't need to provide me with one at all given that this was my mistake. I have recommended this site to friends and family since they started asking about my beautiful and unique jewelry in 2020, and I will definitely continue doing so!

Latest update: we have received a new pair of earrings that are not broken. I appreciate them following up, but am not sure if this would have been dealt with if I didn’t leave a negative review in the first place.

Update: I heard from them after leaving this review and it seems my email went to spam. They said they will ship us a replacement pair of earrings. I will update the review again once we receive them.

Original review: I placed an order for 4 pairs of earrings. Quality not great on all, but 3 were at least usable.
One of the pairs of hoops will not close (the clasp is broken). I emailed them twice to arrange an exchange (since there is no number to contact) but have not heard back from them. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I would not place an order from this company.

They replied quickly when I had ordered the wrong gauge and were very helpful. Service and quality are top notch, this is the only place I get my body jewelry!
