Every hosting website will have small issues with the servers, so customer service is extremely important. Piglinhost has incredible and fast customer service. I looked around at many different hosting services before setting on Piglin Host. Was swayed me was the rave reviews about the customer service. I'm brand new at running a server and ran into an issue setting my server up right away. Within minutes of asking for help on the discord support channel I had a reply and the server was up and running about 30 minutes later. I don't think I have ever had a faster reply with any company before.

Piglinhost is excellent, the server runs great and whenever I have any issues at all the support team will always help me out. The support team on discord is always prompt to respond to me and has been the best customer support experience I have ever had!! So nice and fast! Eshan has been so helpful with my server. Any question either big or little, he was so willing to help me answer and would always explain to me what exactly happened. The time zone difference would be the biggest obstacle, but I don't really mind waiting to hear back from him. Being able to have such accessible and nice support is something I wouldn't ever trade for.
