I joined Pillars of the Ummah with genuine hope that the program would help me build a business and improve my financial situation. Before joining, I was under the impression that I would be receiving exclusive systems and strategies, along with a 100% money-back guarantee if things did not work out.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match what I expected. The program felt much more like general coaching around outreach methods rather than the unique systems I believed I was paying for. When I later requested a refund, I was told that the guarantee was conditional and depended on specific requirements that I do not feel were clearly explained to me before payment.

I tried to resolve the issue directly and respectfully, but they did not honor the refund in the way I understood it had been presented to me. Because of that, I feel disappointed and misled by the overall sales and refund process.
