Have been using PILLO1 for the last 10 years!i have bought around 6 pillow in total for my and family members.
It is the Only pillow that hold my neck in the right position ( straight) allowing me to sleep face up. the foam is smooth and adjust well… love it! I even travel with it, I weight -132 lbs ans use the small size to keep my neck low, medium was a big high for my neck . Love it! 😍

Talked to Dr. HAll himself about replacing a pillow. We have 6 of these and love them! Have had the one I'm replacing for years.

Best pillow ever. Just dont understand why I paid for express shipping when the pillow arrived way after that🤔

This is one of the best made pillows for comfort for neck pain. I have had one of these pillows since 2009. Worth every penny , you will not regret buying this.

My dog got ahold of my first Pillo1 and tore it up. I tried another brand unsatisfied. I finally bought a new Pillo1 and had the best nights sleep. woke up with no neck and shoulder pain. It’s expensive but the pain reliefs you get is sooo worth it

After getting headaches I began searching for a better pillow and have tried numerous from high end bed and back stores, Nordstrom, Costco, Home Goods... Of them all the Pillo1 has the best ergonomics. Very thoughtful shoulder accommodations.

I called with a question and Dr. Hall recommended the latex option. Other memory foams gave me headaches, but this does not. I woke up less than half as often as I normally do in the middle of the night, and my wife reported I did not snore like usual.

No off gassing or odd smells like some others. Also unlike some others, there is a return policy so you can try without unreasonable risk. You pay return shipping which strikes me as fair.

The cover is OK but not the industry best like the ergonomic design is.

I am curious about the gel infused fill option and may order another to compare. One of these will be a keeper.

Because we live in Taiwan, shipping to Taiwan was originally not available on the official website. I initially planned to use a third-party warehouse to forward the pillow to Taiwan. However, after contacting customer service to confirm the package dimensions, they very kindly helped us check the website’s shipping settings and made it possible for us to order directly from the official site with delivery straight to Taiwan. Throughout the process, the service staff answered every question promptly and enthusiastically. Their customer service was excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely love their work and their products.

Perfect pillow. Took me 3 nights to adjust but it's officially my favorite of all time. From a side and stomach sleeper whose shoulders were hurting with other pillows.

My husband has had Dr Hall ‘s pillo for a very long time, not allowing for any new fangled alternative. It has finally shown irreparable signs of wear. Didn’t realize they were still available. Just wasn’t sure what version (luxury vs memory foam) matched what he’s had so hopefully it’s comparable as the Pillo is all he wants to sleep on. It’s a Christmas gift so hopefully it will arrive in time.

I spoke with the Dr. himself. What a nice doctor. Very helpful and willing to take time while on the golf course.

I've been this pilow for years, it helped me a lot with my neck disc , this should be prescribed by doctors and chiropractors.
To make it simple I can't sleep without it.

Honestly, I feel like this was a huge waste of money. It's a foam rectangle with a square cut out where your head lies. its not comfortable and doesnt breathe well.

I have been a Pillo1 user for many years. Just purchased my 3rd Pillo1. I have degenerative issues in my neck and the Pillo1 is therapeutic helping my neck relax, align and feel better in the morning. I also am a hot sleeper. The talalay latex does not absorb heat. It remains neutral which helps provide a cool comfortable sleep. My wife does not have neck issues. She finally tried a Pillo1 and after a few nights to adjust, she really likes it. I strongly recommend Pillo1 to anyone looking for a supportive and restorative pillow.

I bought the original memory foam pillows for years. Then they quit making it for a few years. I received an email saying that they decided to make them again so I placed a replacement order for a new original memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, the new memory foam material is way softer than my old pillows, and there was little support. Sadly I had to return them as they no longer work for me. Not sure I want to chance trying the latex version, but at least I was able to get my refund.

I​t has reduced my tinnitus and ​my neck pain​, my sleep has improved as I no longer toss and turn to get comfortable because it, brilliantly I might add, offers both side and back sleeping and it is OEKO-TEX certified​ which is important to me too. ​​
​Additionally, D​r. Hall's customer service is outstanding​. He was very hands on in helping me select the proper version and size.
I ​am so pleased I'm ordering another one for my other property!
