Horrible Service
So we contacted the company to do a routine cleaning. The cleaner called in sick multiple times. When she finally came, she did not do a great job cleaning. Eventhough we hired them for a routine clean and the cost was to be 170, 200 with the extra bathrooms we added, they tried to charge us 400 and said they did a "deep clean". They did not do a deep clean. It was an average clean at best. They were suppose to come back two weeks later. The cleaner called in sick again. When she did show up, she said she was only going to clean the main floor and not the extra bathrooms. Before she was even done, they charged us 200 which was suppose to clean the extra bathrooms which she did not do. In fact, she was here less than an hour to clean 2000 square feet. She did not vacuum, she did not clean the cook top, she did not clean the floors. In fact, I'm not sure what she did clean. We were not suppose to be charged until we did a walk through and was satisfied with the clean. We are in no way satisfied and I communicated this to the company and requested a refund. I also sent picture of the cook top and how it was not clean. Just shoddy service. I would not recommend them to clean anything.
