Please do not order anything from this company. The quality was terrible. If I could give zero stars then I would. Max in customer service would take no liability for the quality even though I was able to show that images and literature on the Pinnacle Banners Website contradicted any argument he made about the way their products were printed and assembled. Furthermore, all their products are made in Pakistan and shipped to the UK. Please do yourself a favour and do not be attracted by their low prices, it's just not worth all the hassle and problems thereafter.

Extremely poor service. We ordered a banner that arrived with small rips all over it as it was folded so tight it damaged the material. They also decided not to deliver the frame that hangs the banner rendering it useless even after promising it would get here 3 days before our event. Total failure.

From the minute I visited the Pinnacle Banner website, I was impressed. I was trying to work out what size I would need, when a chat box popped up and asked what sized banner I needed. I explained I had an image I wanted to use, but could be no bigger than 1.5m wide or 70cm high. But I could not work out the proportions needed.

Max helped me from the outset, I sent the artwork, he looked, worked out the best size for me, and called me to go through what I had to do next.

Afterwards, he said I should have it shipped rolled to preserve the integrity of the banner. I explained that it just pushed it out of my budget as I needed it urgently and was paying a lot for shipping already.

Honestly, I was dubious that it was even going to turn up. I paid via PayPal for the reason.

However, it arrived today and it is one of the best quality banners I have bought. I will be using them again.

Also, it came rolled. Which I am very grateful for.

Excellent service from design to delivery and installation. Ordered a huge 60ft by 6ft banner for our car showroom and it came out better than expected!

I ordered a photo banner online from Pinnacle banner with just a photo and some specifications. Within a few hours, I received the demo artwork and, after a few tweaks, I approved the artwork and it was sent to print. I received the banner within a week and it looked great. Thank you very much for a fantastic service. 👍

Our school wanted to create a banner to celebrate few of its pupils, we had 163 photos which took us a lot of effort to take. As soon as i entered the website i contacted them and spoke to Max. He was very helpful and patient, we agreed on a design and I made the payment and straight on got into it. He stayed in touch throughout and sent me a photo of the final product before printing. The banner arrived within three days. We were very happy with the product and the experience throughout.

Really pleased with the banner I received. The staff were really helpful and I love the final design. Super quick turnaround too, thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all. Their communication is bad. I ordered on the 28 September for an event on 12 October their turnaround is suppose to be 5 working days.
Today is the 11th October they are not answering my calls.
I called and emailed a few times trying to get information on my order and Max kept saying it’s shipped but he won’t send me the shipping link.
So disappointing and unprofessional.
Never again!!!!!!!!

Made an order for a Vinyl window wrap for work and was talking with their online chat to confirm quality of the image I sent was good enough for print. After making the purchase, the online chat agent advised me that there was an error with their ordering platform and the price was actually 60% higher than I paid. So I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. They sent me a photoshopped image of a Paypal refund receipt. Never received refund
Have sent them the transcript of the chat conversation. Nothing. Complained. Nothing. Avoid at all costs. Clearly a Scam.

I ordered two banners for my market stall. Took about a week to arrive and I was sent digital proofs first. The items came from Pakistan and the quality was very good for the price. Some people have complained that they fold their banners but when I was looking around, every company I found was folding their banners for postal orders. So I went with this one, and the product turned out to be fine.

Had high hopes, great sales and technical assistance. Fast turnaround. But banners arrived folded and creased with eyelets missing. Unusable and no after sales support.

A truly stressful experience.

The banner has arrived FOLDED, which is a definite no no when it comes to banners.
When unfolded, there is print missing where it was folded.it is also ripped and marked.

When I tried to use an eyelet on the side to tie it up, it ripped with minimal force applied.

After sending an email explaining, I have been offered another one for half price. The funny thing is that the 'half price' replacement version has been offered at £150, when I paid just over £200 originally.

My complaint has been passed on to the complaints department and I am still waiting for a response.

Whenever I speak to Max, he said that he needs to speak to someone else...this has happened on several occasions now.

The banner is for a big automotive event where there will be high end cars sat in front, which in turn be all over social media.

This could of been a good thing for them as they would have been tagged for good publicity.

Now they will be tagged and probably mocked for the quality of what has been supplied.

I always give people the benefit of the doubt to sort out any problems, as that is how a business is judged.

They clearly want to wash their hands of this as they are only interested in taking your money.

I am happy to take this review down if this gets rectified, but I'm not holding out much hope as it's been nearly two months now.

Shocking.

I am in the process of speaking to citizens advice and trading standards as I don't see why I have to pay for something that is not fit for purpose.

I would not recommend this business at the moment!

Update: I have hung the banner out side to try and get the creases out before the big show as I was accused of not hanging it properly in the first place .
After being hung overnight, I can report that all of the eyelets down the sides are now damaged or missing. This is truly a very poor quality product.
Please do not read the other reviews (as I did) because this experience has been stressful and I have been ripped off.

We ordered a 3 x 1 metre banner for our cheesecake company, on Wednesday. We needed it last minute for an event on Saturday.
Pinnacle banner did not disappoint and our order arrived just 2 days later.
Fantastic quality, very easy to order and wonderful customer service.
We would definitely use them for all our orders going forward.

I've used Pinnacle Banner several times now and their response time and quality has always been great. I recommend them to friends.

Excellent service! Checked with me before final print. The banner was very good quality with really good vibrant print. Would definitely use them again, already working on another project. They also answer the phone!

I ordered a banner specifically for a event, called and spoke to Sam before ordering who promised if I paid for his express delivery I would receive it in time. It didn't arrive and the slimeball is refusing to refund - disputing via paypal to try get money back. He charged me for express services and is now saying its delivered so I have to pay. I didn't accept delivery I was out.

Easy company to deal with great fast delivery and quality product. Will defiantly but using the company for our banners again 5*

Max came thru for me when I needed to order a last minute step and repeat for an event in Cannes (picked up in London on my way to the US). The printing came with a frame as well, which I will have for future events. Communication could have been a little better (he didn't tell us the print and frame would be sent separately), but be aware the company is small, maybe even just him. His business phone is a mobile phone. That said, the actual print was beautiful and well packaged. It looked great at our event.
