Avoid Poor service and Incompetent staff
My claim took 7 stressful weeks to process.
My original claim seem to be lost in the abyss. 80 minutes of phone calls to Everypaw aka Pinnacle to try get this sorted. It was a small claim of £112. My claim dissapeared from the portal after two weeks.
I felt fobbed off from the very start, asked to 'call again tomorrow' or a ' file error' something wont open. Half of the staff I spoke to had no clue relaying messages from the claims team to myself to tell me what was needed. Every week I was told you had all the information needed and to wait 5 working days for me to then call and be told you have missing information. This happened over and over like one big loop, I got the information sent over straight away every time but over and over I was asked to wait 5 working days at least 5 times! It became a joke! I was told you had missing information from the vets several times when this was not true, they had been lost at your end.
The vets sent all the information needed but yet you kept asking. In the end I had to cut out the middleman and send all the invoices and history directly to you and ask you to acknowledge receipt of them every time.
Why did it take 8 weeks and 80 minutes of phone calls! I was on hand to get the information you needed straight away! Your staff were not being clear.
How did it go so wrong!? A formal complaint has been put in, I received the payment for the claim in the end but so much of my time and effort was put into doing your job!
