К моменту выплаты - вам откажут без объяснения причины, хотя даже до запроса выплаты по статистике добирается около 1% клиентов и даже их обманывают. Нет нарушений, все правила выполнены - но вместо выплаты - отказ. Ответов от поддержки нет, если есть то приводят в качестве доказательства сделок которых даже не было.

Будучи на 3 ранге- достаточно весомый уровень. Из-за намека о рассказе их ошибки - меня заблокировали. Хотя до этого - в день выплаты на другом Аккаунте одной сделкой уничтожили всю статистку последовательности снизив ее с 20% до 10%( это много) тоже сделкой которая якобы привесила риск ( на этот момент было +45% к депозиту и 20% последовательности) все было отлично и я рассчитывал стоп/лосс учитывая проскальзывание. Тем не менее поддержка ничего не предприняла. Так же была ошибка которую они исправили выдав другой аккаунт тем самым подтвердив что могут делать все что пожелают без последствий. В ситуации с челенджом - был риск на день 3% мой стоп триггер был на отметке в 2% - триггер сработал / но вместо ещё 1% что на большем аккаунте - существенная сумма - мне прислали письмо что челендж провален ввиду нарушения 3% риска. Но риск не был нарушен, я вместе с недовольством и доказательствами это предоставил и мне открыли новый счет, признав «ошибку» что бы дальше я довел этот счет до финансирумоего и мне отказали в выплате. Абсурд, Скам и трата времени и денег.

I worked very hard to pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this prop firm challenge. After getting funded, I traded consistently for around 5 months and finally reached the payout stage. However, when I requested my payout, my account was suddenly flagged for device ID issues.

I always traded only from my personal PC and mobile phone and never shared my account or used any VPS. Despite following all the rules carefully, my payout of $151.90 USD has still not been processed.

This situation has been very frustrating and stressful for me because I invested a lot of time and effort to reach this stage. I hope the company improves its support and verification process so genuine traders do not face such problems in the future.

Updating(23/02/2026), I was contacted to resolve the problem and informed of the high demand, anyway we are waiting for the solution, but today I no longer find myself financed, due to some bad decisions of mine. In any case, the company is still analyzing my case, let's wait.

I was recently approved for a funded account and purchased the weekly payout plan. At first, everything seemed fine.

However, throughout the process, several operational and communication issues started to appear.

My account was activated with a 30-day interval, even though the plan I purchased clearly stated a 7-day payout cycle. Despite this, I continued trading normally.

After reaching the 12% profit target on a $5,000 account, I was unable to request a payout because I did not remain below the 40% consistency rule. Although I disagreed, I accepted this condition.

The main issue is that even without meeting this requirement, my account was scaled. The new $6,000 account was delivered incorrectly, and I had to request a correction to the proper 7-day interval, which was eventually fixed.

The biggest problem occurred when requesting the payout.
The stated approval time was up to 2 business days, but I received an email from the risk team saying the only available interview date is March 11, almost one month later. After the interview, there are still up to 3 additional days for review and approval.

My $2000 payment, due on December 5, 2025, has still not been processed. The CEO has promised to pay multiple times, but has yet to do so. Now, the CEO and the payment department aren't even responding to my emails anymore. You should stay away from this fund; they are scammers.

I’ve used PipFarm for over 12 months now, and they have always been incredibly responsive and reactive to any issues I have encountered during my trading experience. Customer service of this level is a rarity from a prop firm, hence why I am a long term user.

They Are good in their particular domain, I like pipfarm cause of their ceo James. A good downward person and an honest one.

The Risk team is the worst I’ve ever worked with.
They don’t respond for 4–5 days, accuse you of different violations (changing the reason), and then immediately block your access on Discord.
Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Я пытаюсь (конечно получится) пройти челендж, в 00.30 закрывал одной клавишей "закрыть позиции" они закрыли одну котором +30 и вторая повисла, решил в обработке, она шла +450 (+3%) утром проснулся и офигел, позиция не закрыта, иду в минус, поддержке пишу, они меня отшивают, мол мы ничего не знаем, и пишут наверное вам обидно, а ведь это просто прохождение челенджа а не фандет.
Не рекомендую, так как подобное может случится у каждого!

I gave PipFarm a try expecting a fair and professional prop firm experience, but overall, it didn’t live up to my expectations.

While the firm looks decent on the surface and the rules seem straightforward at first, my experience showed a different reality. Communication with support was slow and often unhelpful, and when issues came up, I felt like I was getting vague or generic responses rather than real solutions.

What concerned me most was the lack of consistency and clarity. Rule enforcement doesn’t always feel transparent, which creates uncertainty as a trader. When you’re risking your time and money, you need confidence that everything is clear and fairly applied — and I didn’t feel that here.

Because of these issues, PipFarm doesn’t feel like a long-term or dependable option for serious traders. Trust is extremely important in the prop firm space, and unfortunately, this firm hasn’t earned mine.

For that reason, I’ve decided it’s best to move on and start fresh in 2026 with a more reputable, well-established prop firm that has a proven track record, consistent payouts, and transparent rules. There are better options out there, and I’d strongly recommend doing thorough research before committing to PipFarm.

I've been working with PipFarm for two years now. My impressions are positive. I haven't been able to qualify yet, but I'm still looking forward to it. I'm hoping for a long-term partnership. They regularly hold competitions that allow you to qualify at a discount.
