My daughter and myself tryed so hard to make sense of the pip application process and failed at the first attempt and again at the MR stage not sure what we did wrong so decided to turn to this company for the appeal I'm sure all the people that work there are fantastic we got Jeremy Jones a brilliant Irish gentleman he was kind caring and incredibly reassuring he prepared and presented our appeal documents in a way that we never could we were terrified to face the tribunal but Jeremy gave us the encouragement we needed stood by us all the way without him we would have gave up which would have been unfortunate for us because Jeremy brought the luck of the Irish with him (well that's what we think) we won the appeal and yes the company takes a fee but we are more than happy to pay as we think Jeremy and the help he gave us was worth every penny thank you so much Jeremy christine and Rachel.

I have called 6 times and every single time that I’ve called the response has been the same.
The receptionist always told me to give them our details such as name, email, phone number, ect.
After taking down the details they just tell us that they will forward the details to the main office and that we should expect a response in 2 hours with an appointment date. After 3 days I have no appointment and nothing has advanced and the receptionist keeps telling us the same thing every call, almost like a script. Absolute waste of our time, and by looking at their responses to other negative reviews on trust pilot they seem to have a very manipulative way of handling things and honestly I am glad I did not receive an appointment from them.
Stay far away from these people.

I highly recommend Michelle. She was incredibly supportive throughout my PIP application process.
I wasn’t even aware I might be entitled to PIP until my employer arranged an occupational health assessment, where the assessor mentioned it to me. I’ve been living with fibromyalgia for years and had no idea this kind of support was available.
Michelle guided me through the entire process, from completing the forms to preparing for the assessment, and made what felt overwhelming much more manageable.

Many thanks to Sue at PIP help who took the stress and anxiety out of completing a PIP mandatory reconsideration for my daughter. She was caring, highly professional and advised us on the supporting documentation required. Her detailed report was beyond what we could have done ourselves as it explained in great detail my daughters disabilities and how it affected her daily life. Her previous standard rate award for mobility and daily living were changed to enhanced for both sections, which was what we hoped for. We thought we might have to go to tribunal but Sue’s expert help meant we were saved having to do that. If we had not used PIP Help I don’t think the Department of Work and Pensions would have reconsidered their decision. I thoroughly recommend them.

They claim to be a non-profit but take 50% of back dated payment+ Vat on top. Also read the contract very carefully, they are very shady. I suggest getting an actual lawyer than these people.

I have applied for Pip a few times previous to my previous claim and declined both times. I found this company and thought I'd give s go. Sue was amazing
She was there every single step of the way
. I could not have done this without her helping me fight my corner
I got awarded and was such a relief after a few failed attempts

At a time when I was extremely vulnerable and having to navigate to review my PiP ,

My friend suggested PIP Help CIC when our application for PIP was refused. I was put in contact with a Lady called Michelle.
This was in September 2025 and since then have been in constant contact.
At the start it’s daunting because there is a lot of information they require for them to act on your behalf. My advice is provide everything requested as soon as possible to avoid delays. If information is needed send as soon as possible.

Michelle was very informative and we often had long telephone conversations with Michelle providing advice to me in relation to my daughter. I will add here everything came via me as I am my daughters appointee.

We applied for Mandatory reconsideration and Michelle drafted a report based on the information I provided her with. I could never have done this myself. She did advise me that most cases fail At this stage and
Then go to tribunal and often win.

We were actually successful with our claim and my daughter was awarded Mobility but failed on standard living which was shocking.

So I advised Michelle to challenge this and that we should have got standard living too. I thought it was then going to be a long process of waiting again but
It wasn’t.

I received a call
From PIP offering my daughter standard living too. Which we excepted straight away. Out of both payments which were backdated to July 25, 50% of the reward plus Vat is paid to PIP Help CIC. I know how Much time and effort Michelle put in with our claim and could never have done this myself as I don’t have the experience or knowledge.

Michelle was so caring and kind when speaking to both myself and my daughter.
Her knowledge is endless and she would
Sometimes give us examples of past claims without using names.
This was to reassure us both that we were not wasting our time.

We had many late night conversations,
Early morning conversations and she even kept in contact while away abroad on holiday. I have so many text messages and
Emails from Michelle so I know how hard she worked on our case.

My Daughter who is very unwell mentally is now getting the financial support she deserves thanks to Michelle who worked so hard.

I will miss speaking with her regularly like we have over the past five months. Her number is stored and will be my friend for life. Thank you to Michelle who is worth her weight in gold. ❤️

If I could give them 20 stars I would. I spoke to Dave who was empathetic , understanding of my extremely stressful situation. He spoke to me multiple times including at 9pm at night. Dave has helped calm me, given professional advice that has really helped and my situation. I think it’s really important what PIP help do and more people in similar situations needs to know about them. My friend has used Dave as well who has also been fantastic and gone up and beyond for him as well. I’m so grateful for the support and would definitely recommend. Thank you Dave!

From my initial call with David to find out more about The PIP Help CIC ‘no win no fee’ service I was impressed. David’s warm personality and helpful explanations cemented my decision to use them for my PIP application.

My Welfare Rights Advisor was Sarah and she was so friendly, empathetic and easy to work with as I found talking about how my illness was affecting my day to day living and mobility very raw and tough to talk about.

Sarah prepared all of the paperwork for submission which took the stress and worry away from me as well as talking me through and dialling into my telephone assessment appointment which I was really grateful for.

With her help I have been awarded both elements of PIP. I highly recommend the service they provide.

Michelle at PIP Help has been absolutely fantastic. Helped me through every step of the way and was available to talk at all times throughout the process. She was kind, compassionate and very easy to talk to which made a very stressful situation much easier. My award was reinstated before having to go to tribunal. Having been up and down with awards for many years I decided on my last review to pass the stress of an MR over to PipHelp CIC. My care worker Julie was amazing and although the MR failed to get the decision turned over, the tribunal over a year later awarded enhanced on both sections. I claimed for PIP and was not given enough points. I was a little disappointed so I contacted PIP HELP CIC and spoke to Dave. He put me in touch with Lynn who was very empathetic to my situation. Over the next 2 Years Lynn has listened to me and encouraged me to carry on when I wanted to give up. Lynns knowledge and experience around PIP is second to none. I went to tribunal and was very anxious but Lynn took control and her support was second to none. We won the tribunal and I can honestly say it’s due to Lynns hard work.
