Poor manufacture of oven.
It is evident that Marcin is very customer focused and he has been very attentive to date.
Unfortunately the effeuno that we purchased shorted to earth due to poor assembly and materials selection. At this time we await the manufacturers response. So at the time of writing the product would receive a very poor rating due to it being unsafe but the manner in which pizza united have dealt with it so far is more than acceptable.
I can update this review upon resolution.
Update.
Oven returned after unsatisfactory reply from manufacturer.
Customer service from Marcin is very good.
Quality of product is very poor.
