I strongly advise against buying from Pjisk.
I ordered a lamp for €295 and, after waiting for two weeks without any shipment, I contacted customer support. Only then was I informed that I had to pay an additional €92 shipping fee. I was told that if I refused, my order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I chose the refund.
That refund never came.
For over a month, I repeatedly contacted Pjisk. Every single time, I was told that the refund had already been processed and that the delay was caused by my bank. After speaking with my bank, I learned that no refund had ever been initiated. The bank advised me to start a chargeback.
Only after the chargeback process began did Pjisk suddenly admit that they could not refund me unless I first cancelled the chargeback. This directly contradicted their repeated claims over the previous month that the money had already been sent. In other words, they had been giving me false information all along.
Even worse, they effectively tried to pressure me into cancelling the only official process protecting my payment, telling me that otherwise I would not receive my money.
It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my €295 refund.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this store.
