As regular bookers with Ian, we know we are always going to have a great hotel & secure travel arrangements. Our latest trip to Lanzarote was as to be expected - marvellous! The hotel was amazing & all went to plan. Looking forward to the next booking in June 😆

Always an excellent service from Ian. Organised with attention to detail. Communication is brilliant with regular updates regarding your travel/holiday. Pack sent prior with boarding passes etc. with flight check in already completed. Available to support 24/7 which your regular companies don’t provide very well. Now looking forward to my next holiday in6 weeks also booked with plane sailing travels. Thank you Ian 😀

Had a fantastic time in Sri Lanka & Vietnam all arranged by Ian Richardson of Plane Sailing Travels. 8 flights, 15,000 airmiles, 10 transfers, 6 hotels all went like clockwork, absolutely brilliant! The holiday met our brief completely. Unfortunately we were in Vietnam when the troubles in the middle east erupted. We were due to travel the next day to Dubai for the final 3 nights before heading home. This is where trusting a reputable, experienced travel agent comes into it's own. Ian cancelled our hotel in Dubai, extended our stay in Vietnam and re arranged our flights, to our delight our flights went ahead despite continual cancellations and we arrived home just one day earlier than previously planned. Ian from start to finish gave us the best options for the trip we wanted. When a blizzard hit New York while we there, he made sure we where safe and arranged sutible accomadation for me and my 13 year old daughter until we could fly home. I was recomended Ian by my best friend .. now I know why. …I wouldn’t book through anyone else again ❤️

Wonderful trip arranged by Ian who was most helpful and organised our getaway as we wanted. From beginning to end, everything was just as he had planned, private transfers, great location, perfect hotel. Beautiful hotel in a developing location, about 30 minutes drive from the centre of Hurghada, massive place with enough sunbeds to cater for everyone. Waiter service around the pools and beach area, no need to leave your sunbeds!
The staff were the friendliest and most attentative that we've encountered anywhere!
A big enough waterpark for all of the family to enjoy.
Plenty of bars, the lobby bar open 24/7, and restaurants
Rooms immaculate and the beds very comfy.
Food of a very high standard.

Ian organised everything for us from our main cruise holiday to flights, hotels either side and private transfers. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We had an amazing time and I can't thank Ian enough for enabling this to happen and giving my mum the holiday of a lifetime at the age of 82. He even ensured we had the airport and cruise special assistance we required

Used Plane Sailing for our recent holiday to Thailand. Had no idea of where to go and Ian worked with very little info to come up with a brilliant trip. Locations and hotels were all great. All transfers organised perfectly. Communications prior to the holiday were all spot on. Would highly recommend.

Ian arranged our holiday of a lifetime to Japan, we had the best time on our adventure across Japan. Everything was so well organised by Ian and when we had a delay with our return flights, Ian was available immediately to help. We will definitely book with Ian again for our future adventures.

Nothing is too much trouble for plane sailing travel, makes your experience from start to finish a breeze. Ian does everything for you , there is so much thought about the little things. You just need to pack your case and go. Will definitely use again and is highly recommended

We just got back from a fantastic holiday in Rhodes thanks to Ian for sorting it out for us. A few weeks before there were wild fires and we were concerned as to whether we would be able to go, Ian was fantastic and answered all of my questions and gave me regular updates.
If you want the personal touch and someone highly knowledgeable and professional I’d certainly recommend Ian.
I’m always asking him for quotes for holidays and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Another fabulous trip and service from Ian. I had a great 2 week holiday in Orlando, the hotel was in the perfect location and great for someone traveling alone with 2 children. Ian really went above and beyond, when it came for us to return and the flight was cancelled. The airline wanted us to stay an extra week and were refusing to help find accommodation. Ian liased with them from the UK on my behalf and managed to get an earlier flight and find me a room back at my original hotel. With the time difference this was all late at night for Ian, but he was more than happy to help and stayed available until he was sure that we were checked back in at the hotel.

Recently got back from Singapore, Kuala lumpur and Bali. An absolute fantastic holiday!

I was referred to Ian from a friend and he was amazing from start to finish. Everything we asked for he sorted and nothing was to much trouble. We are already planning our next trip and have already spoken to Ian.
