PlanHero is the BEST sign-up tool available. The user interface is so clean and easy to navigate. Creating a sign-up sheet is a breeze (especially so for more in-depth sign-up sheets that require time slots, multiple locations, etc) and the final form that volunteers see to sign up is clean and simple. So glad to have found PlanHero, it gives our sign-up sheets a professional look and feel while being super simple to use.
This platform is a welcome breathe of fresh air. The set up is simple, took a minimal amount of time, and delivered exactly what I needed. Yay!
Excellent platform - phone opt-in should be allowed to be mandatory on the gatherings tool though.

The Scheduling Tool provides my business the flexibility and information I require to schedule personalized appointments with our customers. It allows our customers to browse the dates and times that work best for them, while freeing up my time that I used to spend texting and talking trying to find a suitable appointment that worked for everyone. I love it !
Also appreciated is the ease with which I can update hours or add on extra times.
The reminders sent to me enables me to know my daily agenda. For a specialized small retail business like mine, it is absolutely perfect.
Incredible customer service! I've asked many questions and recieve an immediate response with help on an important sign-up I'm working on for an important client project. This is truly the best user exerience I've had with this type of digital service.
It is too early to give a proper review as the event has not happened.
I found this platform relatively easy for the 1st time using it.
I think one needs to be able to select the time zone of the event while making the event. Right beside the clock. No ifs, and, or buts on that one. I made my invitation in a different time zone than where my event is and somewhere the tine zone was displayed incorrect. Someone from customer service did get back with me and showed me how to change the zone and the sign up appears to be fine.
I like how easily it is to use on both my computer and phone and how you can have multiple dates.
Not entirely sure on this compliment: It may be easy for the user to go in and cancel and change a time as well. I say this because someone wrote me through the platform that they signed up for an incorrect head count. When I went to go in a change it for her, she had already corrected the mistake.
That's all.
Hoping when I use it in the future the cost wot be too high.

My company was looking for a quick and easy way to create a signup process for multiple internal events. Before we had even started the trial - I reached out to PlanHero on their chat tool on their main page to try to get some quick questions answered. Not only did they answer my questions, but they also jumped onto a zoom call with me and took the time to walk me through how to use the tool based on our company's specific needs. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service before! There was no pressure to force us to sign up, just a real interest in answering our questions and explaining the tool's different features. After we signed up for the trial, the team reached out again to provide helpful tips and tricks and to check in on how we were doing.
Overall it was that first great support interaction that made us feel that we could do what we needed easily and with minimal hassle. The tool itself is easy to use; I'm running multiple events with no issue and am enjoying the product very much. I highly recommend this tool and team.
I own a small funeral home and was in need of a simple, cost effective tool to help us control attendance numbers to comply with NYS mandates. This has been everything I needed!! Great product for a great price...
We were in need of a sign up program for our church worship services (due to our provincial pandemic guidelines on how many people we could have gathered in our church). After trialing 8 different online sign up programs, PlanHero came out the clear winner for us! User friendly for myself in terms of setting up the sign up tool, as well as easy to use (even for some of our older, non-techy church members), it's esthetically pleasing, with no annoying ads, and great customer service is provided. When I did need a bit of assistance I was contacted immediately by email by a staff member, and once it was figured out what I needed, Julie gave me a phone call to ensure I knew how to solve the issue I was having! I highly recommend PlanHero.
I absolutely LOVE PlanHero! I am the Communications Director of my church and was very disappointed in other sign-up programs that are available - due to look, ease of use, and cost.
Then I found PlanHero! After a trial run I found the perfect tools for our parish. The program works very well and is easy for our parishioners to manuever.
I also use this when helping our local police department plan community events and it is a big asset.
Most importantly, the customer service is exceptional! We had a glitch in one of our sign-ups a few months back. Julie was attentive to my concerns and worked hard with her IT people to fix the problem. She even created new sample sign ups for me to get a better idea of what would work best for my church. She went way above and beyond what I could have hoped for!
Needless to say, I highly recommend PlanHero.
PlanHero is very user friendly! It gave us a platform to allow my team to sign up to serve where they could easily see the needs vs. me needing to schedule them each week. I can set up multiple weeks within just a few minutes and they can sign up for multiple weeks all in one sitting. I can also sign up a team member if they verbally tell me. The monthly cost is reasonable and if I ever have any questions, the team has always gotten back to me very quickly.
In addition to PlanHero being an incredibly helpful and user friendly tool, I've been really impressed with the customer service. Shout out to Julie!
PlanHero has helped us stay safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. That is extremely important for our business during these difficult times.
There needs to be an end sign-up time and date. And you should be able to look at deleted items - like a trash that you can retrieve old forms from.
