I ordered a product which arrived bent & faulty. I gave feedback about this online to which they responded that someone would reach out to me - but never did. I’ve sent numerous emails and they are not responding at all. Do NOT recommend
I've been to Francisco Plant couture and received poor customer service. I wanted some greenery for an arrangement and Ciska was unfriendly and not willing to help. She immedietly shut me down and was unwilling to help suggest some greenery that could work. I looked through the shop and there was definitely something to find. I overall had a bad experience and I do hope her attitude changes towards her customers - big or small as this experience certainly makes me not want to support her anymore.

We are not a retail shop and schedule appointments to provide dedicated time to clients. We value all customers and strive for exceptional service.
Regarding your request for a custom arrangement, we explained we had no capacity at the time and do not offer Christmas flowers—only red roses and limited green fillers, all listed online.
