Its been a year now .. they have not delivered the plant .. totall SCAM . Surprise to see these guys r still in business . How is it possibel in dubai ??
They should be behind the bars ..

There should be a ZERO star here....We've ordered 22 September 2025.. this people do not have physical store/office. They do not obtain any License and workable number nor landline to reach. They are SCAMMERS.... we have paid through ADCB account named Jison Poulose

Avoid this people... I hope UAE police will finally take down this scammers.

Worst Service - It took them time to deliver my plants with incomplete delivery, it takes 2 weeks for them to delivery without even an update and you have to chase them. I've reached out to Jison and Liya and still they dont have any respond, their Customer service is also the worst - they won't respond and just seen you. They delivered my plants with incomplete quantity, and I tried to reach out when they will deliver, they just kept saying they scheduled. I didn't take the plants anymore and I dont even want to get my money back, it' not a big amount but considering how much hassle they provide, I suggest you don't deal with them anymore.

and before you comment that I'm not saying is true, I can provide a proof of every convo, I can even send it to you.

Unfortunately I only saw the reviews after I made my online purchase from this company.
The owner of PlantMart UAE is a liar who makes empty promises and steals your money, speaking from my own experience.
Please do not purchase anything from this man. He is downright a thief in the UAE.

Please never buy from this company. It is scam. The owner will never deliver your plants, will ask you to pay bank transfer stating reasons with temporarily issues with CC machine and links. He will take the money and then start apologizing plants are not health, no delivery of substitutes, personal issues and many more. He every time will promise to deliver in 2 days and never happen.
I have made Police case and Consumer department complain to try to recover my money.
Such people should not be allowed to do business in Dubai.

Absolutely garbage Company. Took money for order 4 months ago. After chassing them only partially delivered items. Have chased for missing items. DO NOT BUY from them.

Don't waste your money and time with this Scammer. Took cash based on partial (and bad quality) delivery with a promise to deliver remaining items and replacement the next day.... After multiple calls, he answered a call and made excuses and promise to deliver in 2 days...... It has been 4 weeks now.

I will urge everyone to go and file a police complaint against these guys…. If we stand united, the police will definitely catch these frauds

Scammers! Paid upfront never received the order. I started the case with DET and recommend everyone to do the same.

Ordered - opted for cash on delivery thank goodness - because the plants never arrived. Three delivery slots given - each missed. Don’t not order and definitely do not pay online!

Thieves. Scammers. No location. No phone number to call. Promised 5 times to deliver, long stories every day. Still have not delivered after 1 month

I have ordered a plant on 05 July and till now the plant delivered . I have complained in DET and as it is not registered firm they are not able to take any actions and now I will complaint in E-Crime / Dubai police as they can only stop them or find them . Please don’t order anything from them from now on as they open this online forum to cheat people only .

The plant never arrived, and I’m still waiting for a refund. Now it’s been 3 months.

We bought plants online on 27th May, which has not been delivered until today, 21 July
We sent many emails, WhatsApp messages, I’ve only received repeated promises that a refund will be issued.
NOTHING.. And now they started ignoring and not replying at ALL..

Their customer service is abysmal, and they're outright thieves. I was scammed out of my money, and Jinson Paul's promises of a refund were empty. He disappeared after making excuses, leaving me high and dry.Don't waste your time or money on this company. They're liars and cheats. Be cautious of Jinson Paul, and don't trust their fake promises.
Share this warning with others to avoid falling victim to their scams! A month already and never heard any. If you WhatsApp their number, you might need visit the doctor or you want to call the police for sure :)

SCAM! Paid for plants to be delivered. They never showed up… I whatsapped and call and was told they they would be deliverered ‘tomorrow’. No plants, no refund, basically robbed me!

It’s a scam. They have good price and nice pictures but the customer service is AWFUL. After fighting for few weeks with no response to WhatsApp they finally send the half of my order. Plants were fine but still I was missing plant so they promised to bring it to me within few days which never happen. I asked for refund and I had to fight for my money back for several days since the owner was promising to send it back but they wouldn’t. I was so mad. Finally I got the money back after a long time but it was a JOKE AND BAD EXPERIENCE SO PLEASE AVOID IT! They have blocked comments on instagram I think for the reason that I’m not the only one they wanted to scam. After I wrote bad review on instagram and fb they blocked me 😂I’m gonna definitely report it to the Customer Right. AVOID.

They sent half of my order and after 3 months they refuse to refund the money for the missing order. They sent me extremely dirty plants. I am reporting them to Consumer Rights because they are disrespectful thieves and lie to my face. They refuse to take my calls and talk to me. All I hear, I am waiting for the cheques to send you money - for 2 months and a half!
