We had a great experience working with Plan Your Exhibition for our accommodation during MIPIM.

From start to finish, Kristy was fantastic – she provided a wide range of options, was always quick to respond, and made what could have been a complex process feel very straightforward and well managed. It was especially reassuring to know she was available during the week itself via message and calls.

There was a small miscommunication regarding keys when one of our group was departing, but Kristy handled it quickly and professionally, even arranging for a driver to collect them from me, which I thought was a great touch and really demonstrated her commitment to client service.

Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plan Your Exhibition.

We had an excellent experience renting two apartments in Cannes for MIPIM 2026. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the Palais des Festivals—making it incredibly easy to get to meetings and events throughout the week.
Both apartments were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was responsive and professional. The proximity to everything we needed truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable.
We would gladly book these apartments again for future MIPIM editions.

I highly recommend PYE for the MIPIM trade fair. In my opinion, they are a fantastic source of support for all executive assistants out there.
