Part of order lost by Courier
My order was messed up by the courier.
I called the supplier and had excellent customer support from Lilly ,she called the courier , then updated me , reordered the items lost by the courier.
The order was delivered the next day as promised

Penalised for living in Scotland
The website for this company is both misleading and deceitful. The home page clearly states that delivery was free if over £150 however on checking out the £30 delivery charge was to be added. My order was well over the stated free delivery amount so I asked for clarification to be informed that if the delivery charge was applicable for anywhere in Scotland, this was no where to be seen on the website until checkout!. So as a Scottish citizen I am being penalised for not being English. This Manchester based company will deliver to anywhere in England which in many cases is further than Glasgow to Manchester so I rest my case. Order lost!

As we informed you in our email exchange , before you decided to drop our Trustpilot score , all informations regarding delivery charges can be found on our website , on the front page and also, delivery section . You called us racists for asking you to pay delivery charge . Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will find a company that can accept your rude language in exchange of an order .

The parcel arrived in good time but…
The parcel arrived in good time but showed damage on one corner. I opened the corner to find a gouge about 2 inches long in the top panel. I have not investigated further as it is a large parcel with 12 panels and I have not got the room to spread them out.If any others are damaged I will let you know.ken l have photos.
