Never received my order from December 6, luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money back. Please be persistent and try to get a refund, no matter what the seller promises (when shipping is, or any other excuses like shortage of employees) For me the seller never answered any thing except when I opened a case on PayPal.

I did receive my order intact and in perfect condition today. Apparently my order was a pre-order, which I wasn't made aware of up until now. Apart from the wait the vinyl is intact and once it was posted it took only a few days to be delivered. Im happy that Plastic Stone kept their word.

I ordered a record the 3rd of February 2024 and have to this day not received anything. They charged me the amount of 90,98 Euro right away (shipping supposedly included).
I've tried numerous times to contact Plastic Stone Records but haven't received any response. I asked for my order to be processed or a refund, still no response.

I have been ordering from them for 2 years. Everything is ok, they are a little slow, but so far I have received each of my several orders. I don't understand the hate.

Avoid using this website. I made an order and received no information for two weeks, during which I sent multiple chasers. In the end I managed to get in touch with them on the phone and was told that the item wasn't in stock. I asked for a refund and got the money back a few days later. Save yourself the hassle.

Don't buy from them.
I bought a vinyl from them on a preorder which was suppose to be dispatched on December 2023
To this day I never received a confirmation of my order being shipped.
I contacted them multiple times and they keep saying the order will be sent in a few weeks (obviously it never happened)
I tried to contact to ask for a refund but they stopped answering

How sad to read that I'm not the only one who can't get in contact with this firm after placing an order ages ago and not receiving it. Do they even exist ?!?

Sends only part of purchased materials, does not refund or respond to mails. He is a scammer, absolutely stay away from him!

Like all the other negative reviews here, haven't received my order and having no luck getting in contact. Placed Order #7211 August 2023. It was a pre-order so I was happy to be patient. Around November/December they announced via email they were expecting the stock and would be dispatching soon. They kept pushing back the release date until finally announcing they had the stock January 2024. On the 16/2 they let me know that my order had finally dispatched. The tracking information has not moved on from "advised" since then and they are ignoring my messages.

After waiting for a year, you gave me a tracking number but it just states "Prepared" since a month ago. Please either fulfil it or please issue me a refund. I've been trying to contact you over numerous emails but there has been no response.

Will change rating once it's been resolved.

Company asked me to delete my old review on google in hopes that I would listen and understand their excuse. They gave me empty promises on sending the vinyls and never delivered nor gave me a tracking number after asking where my vinyls are for 2 months. (Mind you; I preordered these items and they were PROMISED to be delivered in DECEMBER.) I would put in pictures here but trustpilot won't allow me to do so and neither would Google reviews. It is now March and it has been over 3 weeks since they promised to send my Spider-man and Barbie vinyls. Never putting trust in this company again and I am not deleting this until I get some form of confirmation of their delivery or at least till I get them in my hands.

I sent numerous email, messenger messages etc. Got noting waited. Vinyl said it would be posted in 48 hours I waited 3 weeks and nothing. Had to claim money back via paypal

Thank god I bought it with Paypal.

They never send the Vinyl, and of course I never recieved a track number, but the vinyl was marked as they send and "failed to delivered", I opened a case with Paypal, and now Plastic Stone is telling me to close the case before they cant send it.

Plus, they neverd answered my emails before Paypal case got opened.

Its a scam.

*The calendar on here will not let me set a date past Feb 2024, but this happened at the start of March '25.*

I previously had a very negative experience with Plastic stone when I ordered 2 records at the end of March 2023. The order was not dispatched until October and didn't actually arrive until Jan '24, and when it did arrive they only sent one out of the two records I ordered. They didn't reply to my emails at the time so I left a negative review and left it there.

Last month I had a sponsored post from them turn up on my Instagram, and I left a comment explaining what had happened previously. Much to my surprise Plastic Stone contacted me soon after asking about the situation. I explained what had happened and within an hour of my reply they got back to me and said they had dispatched the record I never received last year, and we're sending an additional record as compensation for everything that had happened. They chalked what had happened up my email going to spam and having staffing issues within their customer support team at the time. Whether this is the case or not who knows, but I was very impressed with the speed at which they fixed my issue once I had explained what had happened. I had a far better experience with them this year than I did previously 👍🏻

This is a scam. I've waited for over a month for my delivery and only got an answer after I threatened to reclaim my money via my bank. Safe yourself the headache of ordering from this terrible website

Fake Fake Fake ! Please avoid and don't buy anything from this dodge little business. Had to involve my bank and do a proper investigation. Thanks God got my money back.

After 6 months of waiting, I asked politely for an update and was provided tracking. Lovely, but shame I had to ask for it.

A week goes by, no tracking movement. I ask for an update and get no reply.
A month later, today, I have still not received the item and ask for another update.
I am the record was shipped two days ago and sorry for the "Christmas delay".

I can confirm that the tracking has now updated, so I believe it has been shipped.
But if you are provided with a tracking number, it might just be one they have generated to fob you off, like they did me, until they actually get around to shipping it.

Can't say I'll be using them again. Sounds like you should only order from these guys if they claim the item is in stock, or they'll forget about your order for 7 months.

The communication service is definitely one of the worst i've ever seen. Not a single reply and a constant ignorance for any mails i sent.

I have been waiting since 7 months for an order i passed (more than 110€) and it still hasn't been delivered. I can't get any news on it because of that poor,suspicious website.

If i knew how this waste of space of a seller was working i would never have spent a single buck on it. SCAMMERS.

(Update) After 10 months i got 2 of the 3 vinyls i ordered, they used this as a cheap trick to change my order from "unfullfiled" to "fullfiled" and never refunded me for the missing vinyl.Every single mail I sent them was ignored. I truly wish the very worst this company and anyone low enough to be involved in this.
