Used platinum twice now, such a huge difference from carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past, my carpets come up brand new but it’s no wonder with the equipment Andrew uses, if you want a proper industrial clean, this is the company to use!

Arrived on time, very pleasant and efficient; just got on with the job, moved furniture where needed and ultimately cleaned all carpeted areas and rugs beautifully! A brilliant service, thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Platinum cleaned a two seater sofa and an armchair that my pets had made a mess of for me today. Arrived when they said, did an excellent job of cleaning the sofas and left everywhere dry and tidy. I'd definitely use again. Took about two hours from arrival to leaving.

Today Platinum came to clean my carpets throughout my farmhouse.
What a fantastic job they have done, my carpets look brand new. They were professional, friendly and worked 5 hours solid, I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having their carpets cleaned, 5* service.

Platinum very professional and lovely people had 2 rugs a sofa a chair and stairs and landing cleaned. All look like new. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants a professional Job

Andy and Laura are hardworking, thorough and reliable.
I recommend them if you want spotlessly clean carpets.
In my previous review I gave four stars in error.
They certainly deserve 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Excellent service. They came out the same day and we are delighted with the results.
Would highly recommend.

WOW is all I can say, fantastic service, amazing results. I'm so pleased. Such amazing value for money, wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. We've just had an extension and to say the lounge carpet was a wreck, stains everywhere would have been an understatement. I honestly thought we'd have to have new and I can't believe how amazing it looks. It's like having a brand new carpet. Thank you so much, it made my day!

They rang me up on the morning they where coming, very friendly, moved furniture, did a amazing job, would certainly recommend them. Will definitely be having them again in the near future
