Communication was excellent and delivery was fast. Spoke to the online chat and they were great!

I liked how swift the rounds of the league cup was but there could have been set table numbers and more in depth deck checks between rounds

Great local video games shop. The owners are great, they really know their stuff. In addition they sell Warhammer 40k stuff, Pokémon cards, Stranger things and other TV merchandise. They will buy old video games from you and will give you a fair price, either cash or credit. I really liked the retro video games consoles and games they have. Overall this is my favourite shop in Guisborough.

They posted my order to someone by mistake but were quick to get it back and send it to me.

Even rang me to let me know when posted

Really friendly place everyone makes you welcome

Spot on, as always. Great spot for Pokémon TCG

They do not mess anyone around. Always fair and engaging, they look after their communities.

Great shop wonderful people, product as described. And amazing value.

Friendly & welcoming staff during the holiday clubs. A great place for kids to learn & have fun.

I bought a play day for my grandson, he throughly enjoyed the day, will definitely book again

Playaone are a fabulous team and a great part of the community. My son loved coming to the holiday club session we booked, and is looking forward to future sessions!

Great as ever

Booked my son in for one of their Pokemon events. He absolutely loved it. The guys running it are very knowledgeable and patient, even with a boisterous group of kids.

Very helpful and inclusive of all ages and abilities my son age 9 has been going weekly now too Saturday Pokémon battles and loves it he is very shy and this has been helpful with his confidence

Great place for games with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Welcoming regardless of your familiarity with any game.

Always enjoy purchasing the products and playing card games in the shop. The staff are amazing 👍

Great service as always

What a great shop!
Took my son here today to learn how to play pokemon cards and he had an amazing time! He has Autism and Adhd so can be a bit of a handful but the staff were great with him and we will definitely be returning for more games.
Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and it's great to see a space where the children can come together and play safely with others with the same interests.
Great job!!

always a great experience! The guys are fantastic with the boys, and the many club options they offer, make PlayaOne a fantastic community center.

Always worth a visit, and the owners are truly genuine people.
