I had a terrible experience with payout and verification

I had a terrible experience with Playfame. I was able to deposit money and purchase in-game currency with no issues, and I even won a jackpot. However, when it came time to verify my account, everything went downhill.

I live in Washington, DC, but they claimed I was playing in Maryland and refused to verify me. I followed their instructions exactly and submitted proof using the verification link they provided, yet they still denied my verification. After that, communication completely stopped.

Their customer support is extremely unresponsive—it should not take 5+ business days to get a reply, especially when money is involved. At this point, they are just ignoring my emails altogether.

This experience feels very unfair and unprofessional. Be careful—depositing money is easy, but getting verified or receiving support is a nightmare.

I would strongly recommend not using this website.

I loved this site

I loved this site. I had SC wheel come up and it glitched. I contacted customer service and refreshed. Jackpot 138748! Thought I won it big!! Was told it was just an advertisement and I did not win anything on wheel. Heartbreaking!!! Update. You can see the response below. They can replay game activity to verify. I was aware they could. I had never seen a no win on SC wheel so it never entered my mind it could happen. Update . I already submitted screenshots to customer support the day it happened.. They have all the information. Update all I can recommend to players is to not play extra coins for the wheel. It doesn’t always pay. Other than the glitches it’s a nice colorful site.

I don't find this site great
I don't find this site great! The only thing this site have is the 'play together' shit which its not worth it. The only person that win alot on this s*itty thing is the Streamer. The mulitplier you get is just a percent of yohr bet. Most of the times. Or nothing at all.. Everything else is garbage! So much greedy on here so i dont recommend it at all!! Just Trash!

PlayFame, i been with you for almost a year and had two 300sc redemption on your site and none of them i received because its always a problem. I been begging for help for almost a week but none of yal didnt solve my problem. So i had to play it all back because i can't redeem my money.. Third redemption, its the same problem again. So of coursr it played it all back again, so i decided to close my account with you.. I dont get it, I was able to redeem my wons before, but after i take some time from playing and came back, Yal just dont wanna pay me. And i spend alot on your site. TBH, yal should've pay back every cents i spend on all your packages because yal didnt wanna pay me my win.. But no thanks, i'm not that desperate like you people! Check how many messages i have send you guys for help no one did help me. Few of you told me you'll email me which its been almost 8 months now and i have not receive a single email from you. Another lie. Your chat didnt help at all. Kept me run around like an idiot.. so i decided to close my account with yal. I mean, why would i want to continue playing when you dont pay me?? No thanks!

Referral Links never work. both times I copy and pasted my referral link I never received anything. Thought it was a mistake the first time on my end but it happened a second time and they just say it didn’t get used…

Everything is good for the most part

Everything is good for the most part. My only issue is that over the past few months the daily bonuses have really just disappeared. Also the rewards for the daily missions are not good anymore. I spend a great deal of money here and I am a member of the loyalty program but recently it feels like the loyalty is one sided. Which is a shame because I really enjoy this platform and it has been my number one for a long time. I just hope sometime in the near future the loyalty can be returned

I wish I could give five stars but I…

I wish I could give five stars but I can’t. Before I would have, however, recently it has been dog crap. I am on day 78 of my daily check in. For a few weeks I would be getting .50 sc and then 5 sc and on my last day of check in, it would be 15 sc. All of a sudden it changes back to .30 sc for the last day and .10 sc every other day. Just did my last day check in today for .30 sc and now all I’m getting is gc except on my last day….which is .10 sc. When I contacted live support tht let tried telling me that I missed a day, which I did not because then my check in day would have reset back to one, which it did not. There are also never any offers for packages, just the same ones over and over. Redemption wise, it was quick and smooth.

Terrible.. avoid at all costs

I started writing to playfame in October for the sweepstakes coins.. I sent 10-20 a week and got nothing until March and I got $4 which is one envelope.. when I emailed them to find out what happened to the rest I was told they did not meet the requirements.. when I ask what was wrong so I could correct the error they would not tell me. I was told to make sure I follow the sweepstakes rules..
I sent a picture of how I was writing to a friend who also writes and he said he does the same thing.. so I emailed them again asking what rule I broke and was told due to security and integrity reasons they cant tell me.. but be sure to follow the sweepstakes rules in the future..
How am I supposed to know which rule I broke if you wont tell me..

Redemption declined by bank

Im new to this site and made enough for a redemption but it was declined by my bank? So instead of playing with the returned funds because I know the possibility I will lose I decided to use other bank. Let's see what happens. Playfame doesn't seem to have as many withdrawal options as other platforms. I resubmitted my redemption and received it in about two days.The live support was good.

I have been a loyal customer of playfame for years this used to be one of the best platforms to play on that I would brag to all my friends about but since they started running these new wheels something has deeply changed I been loosing back to back to back for months but today was the final straw I got one of those mystery wheels and poof it stopped dead on 100 but the pay out gave me 1 dollar was in total shock playfame how can you go from one of the best platforms to literally one of the worst and turn around and cheat one of your most loyal customers who spends much money out of a 100 dollar win when I am thousands in the hole from this platform very very disappointed

CLOSED MY (VERIFIED ) ACCOUNT AFTER MY FIRST REDEMPTION REQUEST

I been a loyal customer with playfame . Spent so much money on the app also I even promoted their app on my social media. AS SOON AS I DID MY FIRST REDEMPTION. MY ACCOUNT GOT CLOSED THE NEXT DAY AND I WON THE DAILY MAJOR JACKPOT OF 1700 SC. I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND REQUEST. THEY NOT RESPONDING THE SAID THE REFUND ME A PACKAGE BUT ON A 9.99 PACKAGE AND INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY AND PROMOTE THEM ON MY PAGE. THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AFTER I FILE A REDEMPTION. I DID NOTHING WRONG ALL MY PURCHASES IN IN MY CARD NAME AND EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE A BIG SCAM!!! They need to reopen my account before I start legal proceedings
