I ordered and paid for a particular model from this company.
Nearly 1 month later I am still awaiting delivery, I have emailed them several times and have had no reply.
Their website has stated all along the model was in stock for immediate delivery.
Their customer service is non existent.
With the run up the the festive season upon us I can only see the situation going from bad to worse sadly.

I’ve been a repeat customer of Playforever (playforever.us) and never had issues until my most recent order (#PFUSA-43210). The item arrived defective.

I immediately reached out and provided a video of the defect as requested. The company admitted the product was faulty and asked if I wanted something else. I clearly stated I just wanted the same item replaced with a working version.

That was over four weeks ago. Since then, I’ve had no response, no replacement, and no refund. When I followed up again—this time by commenting on their Instagram page—they blocked me instead of resolving the issue.

This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with an online retailer. A company that admits fault but refuses to honor a replacement or refund, and then silences customers instead of helping them, is not acting in good faith.

Avoid Playforever… if your product arrives defective, don’t expect them to stand behind it.

Pretty bits of cheap plastic to put on a shelf to look at, but definitely not playforever. I bought 3 for my kids for Christmas and they didn’t even make it to the end of January. The wheels came off one car and the cheap extra thin metal axle bent on the other 2 so the wheels would not spin. Made in china. Pretty dangerous for kids and not worth the money at all

Really quick delivery via Royal Mail, arrived in good condition too.

These “toys” are beautifully crafted and painted excellently. Going to have to buy one of each to fill a shelf.

Car was sent via Royal Mail who, in their wisdom, decided to use it as a football, damaging not only the packing box but also the box inside. Contacted Playforever who promptly dispatched a further car (this one arrived safely and undamaged). On emailing Playforever and offering to return the original item I was told I could keep it.

I cannot fault the customer service of this company who were both prompt and courteous.

I am delighted with the car, it's well made and robust and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very, very well made, worth every cent. Previous toys have gone through a lot at the hands of my nephew but they endured everything unscathed. Trust the same will happen with this one as well.

Good follow up. Parcel did arrive a couple of days later than initially expected but that is really not that important.

It arrived promptly but the box is damaged which is a big issue to a collector. Sent an email no response tried the contact mobile number it constantly goes to voicemail so tried the landline number which is not a valid number. Not one bit impressed

I have purchased may items from Playforever UK over the past 4 or 5 years, I have always payed extra for the express delivery service and get regular emails and updates during the delivery process. Their products are of a high quality and look fantastic if they are for display or to be played with.

I'm sure I will purchase may more from them in the future

I placed an order for a playforever car and paid by credit card. There was no confirmation email received which has happened for previous purchases in the past, the money was taken and no goods have been received. Emailed and tried to call the company but no response at all.

Our second order with this company. Same quick delivery as last time but seems quality control missed an imperfection in the finish.

I replied to the courtesy email they sent re the delivery to advise there was a problem. No response. Ok, perhaps it's not monitored. Sent an email to the contact address on their webpage. Again no response. Reached out to them on their social media presence (they seem to spend a lot of effort advertising)... And you guessed it, no response.

Will need to look at next options, such as a charge back or if that's not possible as a debit card purchase then maybe Money Claim Online.

Received my first car yesterday and was over the moon with the quality. I will be ordering another one soon. Thank you.

Saw an advert on Social Media for their 'toy' cars and was immediatly intrigued. However, I'm always wary of any advert from Social Media, as many are scams. I decided to a bit of research and all the product reviews were universally positive. They have an active Instagram feed with updates and when I contacted them with queries they were more than happy to answer all my questions. Ended up ordering a car and it's every bit as impressive as reviews would lead you to believe. Very impressed and will buy more.
