We had a wonderful experience ordering from Playzeez, and absolutely love the product. The backpack characters are just so fun and my kids absolutely love them. The customer service is also incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the product I wanted.

This may sound crazy but I bought the tractor school bag, pencil case and lunch bag for my son (who’s two) in January (on sale) and I’m keeping the set for him until Christmas!
Amazing value for money and the product feels sturdy and very well made! I know my son will absolutely love it and when the time comes for him to head off to school he will absolutely love taking his tractor bag, lunch box and pencil case with him!

Excellent customer service- I had emailed Aaron a couple of times and had asked (as we live quite near to their business) would it be possible to view the items before I buy them! Nothing was a problem and arranged a time and payment method that suited me!

When I was there I spyed the girls pink tractor bag and bought one for a baby gift and I can’t wait to visit the baby to deliver the gift as I know they will love it as much as I do!

Think it’s fabulous all items can be machine washed so when (in three years time) when my son will be in school to know if any of my bundle gets scruffy it can go in te washing machine and return as good as new!

As I had called to their business premises I got a sneak peek of their new stock that won’t be ready till dinner 2022, but I’ll definitely be making a purchase or two from it when it becomes available, all looks great!

Couldn’t recommend the products and service highly enough! Keep up the good work!

Got a replacement part for bag which had been damaged. Very responsive customer Service and was able to get a compatible part at reasonable cost

I purchased the Boys mini tractor backpack for my son and I am delighted with it. It’s both sturdy and beautifully made and my son never has it off his back! Ordering from Playzeez was simple and effortless and delivery was within the timeframe stated. This is my second purchase from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The product was just as described and a better quality than I anticipated. I had to exchange a few emails with Playzeez and I found them to be exceptionally responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

My little girl is absolutely loving hers (Mya the Snow Leopard) goes everywhere with us. The quality and texture is second to none. The bag is very roomy and holds alot of her toys, books and crayons. I will definitely be purchasing another one for when she starts playschool..

Extremely happy with our product, so cute and awesome (pink cat bag). Customer service is also very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely be ordering from Playzeez again!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and lovely backpack. Literally went over and above to get me what I wanted. Friendly, helpful, efficient the entire time. Product looks cute, sturdy and well made. Really happy and would (will!) definitely recommend. Thanks folks!

The quality of these bags are amazing. Customer service is brilliant, very happy customers.

Fantastic customer service regarding a return and replacement of suitable bag. The item arrived very quickly and is absolutely ideal for my 3 year old. Thank you.

Great compact bag, with extra safety strap across chest. Great for my son, especially with the walking safety strap as he has additional needs .

Great product. Love how spacious the bag is holds lots of bits and bobs you need for kids. Very good quality so will last a long while. We went for Kai the Shark and my little boy loves it

I bought a backpack for my son and one of the shoulder strap clips got caught in the car door and broke. I wrote to Playzeez to ask if I could purchase a clip to replace it. Playzeez replied within a short timeframe, were able to source the exact replacement clip and also send it by mail within a few days. I found their aftersales service to be excellent and I will definitely be buying more products from them.

I bought the snow leopard bag for my daughter a few years ago and now I have bought the older girls leopard backpack and duffle bag.

Quality is fantastic and they are machine washable which is always a bonus for kids bags.

Love the Playzeez products. All beautifully made, arrived promptly and customer service is second to none. Shout out to Aaron in particular who followed up
on my order and checked all had been received in such a warm and approachable manner. Would order again and definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service! My order was ready very quickly and Aaron was friendly and helpful on collection day. My neice is going to love her new sequin bum bag for Christmas! Thanks!

I entered the recent competition never thinking I would win....but I did 😁 and what a fab prize, I picked the tractor schoolbag backpack and since there was such a fab selection I bought a tractor backpack for my youngest grandson, I now have two very happy boys. Bags are the perfect size for all their bits when they come to nana's for a sleepover. Backpacks are fab quality and really prompt delivery, thanks Aaron 😊

So happy with my daughters mini backpack. She absolutely loves it, she is coming up to 2, and the size is perfect for her. She loves having it on and never wants to take it off. The rein is perfect to and attaches easy to the bag, doesnt make me feel like I have her on a lead like a dog too! She looks so grown up with it on and so adorable. I highly recommend these bags and they will last for a long time. The customer service was superb, a follow up text about delivery and to make sure I am happy with my initial purchase. Thank you very much :)
