I cannot rate my experience with Plumbestore because I still don’t know where/why my controller is being held up. I placed the order just over two weeks ago and the shipment information has remained the same since the day after the order was placed. Too vague

The menu was easy to navigate and the information about the different models of boilers was all in one place.

Do not trust these people, especially David, to be honest with you about your pump needs.

Great people to deal with. Always answered their phone and were able to answer any questions I had. Shipping was fast and free. I will be using them again.

My original order was damaged in shipping. I informed Plumbestore and sent photos and the damage. They sent me a return label and refunded me. Within a week they sent me my item via a shipping company that got it to me in pristine condition. So I believe that their customer service is pretty good.
