Order cancelled
I ordered and paid for an expensive tool, and they have then taken a week to send a brief email to say it's out of stock and they've cancelled my order. No offer of any solution, or to source the item elsewhere. I have pointed out to them that they have a legal obligation to supply the item as per the purchase contract, and given them a chance to respond before leaving this review, but they haven't responded. I have been out of pocket £1000 for a week and a half now and still no refund. Avoid!

Excellent seller. There were issues with DPD which I reported to Plumbflex and they responded quickly and got the matter resolved, and then followed up to make sure that I had received the item. Great communication throughout.

Price inconsistency.
Salt 25kg online price was (and still is,18/10/24) £12.99. Went to buy at the shop, price had mysteriously increased to £17.99. No price check or explanation offered, so first and last visit to this dodgy outfit.
Edit: Ok, I'll accept it was a genuine mistake. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply.
