It was pleasure to be assist by miss Jasmin and her Plus clinic during my whole trip for eye smart lens surgery. The whole clinic and staff especially miss Jasmin was always there when needed. I highly recommend her as well plus clinic. My whole trip from Germany to Istanbul was great and with great services and no language problem.

It was a great experience! My hair transplant and dimpleplasty went very well. Jasmine was awesome! She was very sweet and was with me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and even taught me a little about the culture. Highly recommended!

I chose Plus Dental because Tina answered all my questions so well. The hotel was very comfortable and the transfers were always on time. Jasmine was very helpful at the clinic and Dr. Afra and her team were amazing!!

I'll start by saying that everything I saw and happened to me was amazing! I received the best service and was surrounded by professionals. Plusclinic has reached the top of the field dealing with this activity and I recommend it to everyone. I am very grateful to the team that made me took over namely: John operation, Jasmine, Dr Veysi and every driver doing the transfers😊

Am venit la PlusClinc, pentru o schimbare radicală, alaturi de doamna Mihaela, nu am avut absolut nicio problemă referitor la modul in care m-am inteles cu medicii, iar doamna doctor Feride Șahin pot spune ca este foarte perfecționistă in meseria pe care si-a ales-o si nu am niciun reproș pentru punctualitatea si profesionalismul cu care am fost tratat de dânsele!!

De cum am intrat in această clinică am avut un sentiment de satisfacție, oameni prietenoși doctori cu implicare maximă… . În special Șeful spitalului Cns Saglik Hizmetler care a făcut imposibilul să îmi rezolve situația neașteptată cu care m-am confruntat. Pentru că, da există și situatii de acest gen. Însă cel mai de preț lucru a fost caldura cu care am fost primită și atenția acordată din tot sufletul a doamnei Mihaela asistenta clinicii ce a fost pas cu pas lingă mine și ca asistentă și ca prietena dar și un suflet de care ai nevoie oricind.
Si chear dacă nu am avut prea mult timp la dispoziție am beneficiat și de mai toate serviciile ce le-a oferit Hotelul La Quenta in care am fost cazată.
Frumos , minunat, denedescris.

Worst experience!
These guys are an absolute joke!
I have a disaster going on! Some zirconia crowns have not been polished correctly or not polish at all - leaving me with some yellow stains, some huge gaps between crown and gum, poor alignment.
Despite my numerous complaints it took them 2 months to advise that the clinic will fix their mistake but I would have to cover all costs flight, accommodation and also transportation.
This is just disgraceful !!!
To pay for their own mistake and in addition to endure again pain and discomfort!

Sono partita per Istanbul con non poche paure perché andavo sola, perché dovevo affrontare un intervento e perché in generale ho paura della sanità e delle medicine essendo allergica a molti farmaci. Poi avendo letto tante testimonianze di persone che hanno avuto problemi con il bypass e la sleeve e conoscendo anche tante persone che hanno avuto problemi.... Capite il mio stato d'animo. Sono arrivata in una fredda notte te di gennaio con - 1°C e il ghiaccio a terra. Ho trovato subito il mio autista... No meglio lui ha trovato me. Mi ha portato in un hotel 5 stelle veramente molto ma molto bello e il giorno dopo ore 19 ero già a fare esami e visite pre intervento. Verso le ore 14 sono stata operata, è stata con me per tutto il tempo l'interprete che mi ha addirittura messo le calze antitrombo fornite dall ospedale. Al mio risveglio ero in una confortevole stanza di ospedale e volevo alzarmi per fare pipì. Le infermiere sono state tutte molto carine e premutose con me. Il chirurgo non ho parole, un Angelo. Chiara così si chiama la mia interprete una persona squisita, bravissima mi è sempre stata vicina. A distanza di un mese posso dire che l'intervento è stato un successo... L avessi fatto prima. Maledetta paura che ho degli ospedali. Ps : sono un medico in Italia

The worst ever. Bad costumers service. My teeth were made wrong and they won’t take me back to fix them, they want to go back with my own cost. Avoid them

Ottima esperienza, complimenti per l’organizzazione, la professionalità del medico e la gestione di tutto. Ho ottenuto il risultato sperato, sono stata seguita in ogni istante, il costo è stato ragionevole. Consiglio chiunque ad affidarsi alla struttura.
Un grazie sentito alla dottoressa Feride, professionista capace, precisa e minuziosa e a Mario e a Chiara un abbraccio.

Am făcut operație gastric sleeve. O experiență incredibilă. Fără durere. Echipa a fost mereu alături de mine. Gabi Flora a vorbit și a fost alături de mine. Complimeti întregii echipe. Doctorii și asistentele toți bravissimi. Multumesc din suflet echipei Plus clinic. Recomand cu încredere.
