Sunny is the best!

Sunny is helpful and quick with responses to questions. Always respectful and courteous. I've had two interactions with Sunny and have been very pleased with the exchanges with Sunny. If you have the opportunity to reach out to Plymagic then you should ask for Sunny!

Agent was extremely helpful

Agent was very helpful. Able to correct the problem with ease. Also very kind when I realized I had made a mistake. Although I had an issue with my order I had a similar issue with another company. I confused the two and he was able to help me figure it out. I highly appreciate his help.

Great customer service, great product

There was a problem with tracking information being updated. I reached out to Customer Service. It was handled quickly and efficiently and package arrived without further delay. Email response was almost immediate, Follow up by customer service was appreciated.
