Convenience & speed of obtaining coverage & favorable rates, at least so far! Your driving software requirement for the full term of insurance is ridiculous, especially as it takes into account driving at peak commuter times & dings an otherwise spotless driving record negatively for a reduced rate, and will probably be the only reason I would switch away from Plymouth.

Gave wrong bundle info for homeowners coverage, was told it was $300 a month which is $100 over what I am paying now, then yesterday got an email from Plymouth that said it was $202 a month which, why was I told $300 a month,bad customer service
