Very bad experience
Very bad experience. The staff is not connected with the underwriting department. The representatives give you fake promises with no knowledge while underwriting department staff canceled my auto policy. Under all recorded lines I told my situation to not 2-3 but atleast 5-6 representatives throughout 2-3 months that I lost my title so I am requesting to get my duplicate title changed from California DMV and they said fine take your time then suddenly one day they cancel my auto insurance as i could not get my car registered under Massachusetts state. There is always a miscommunication between representatives and underwriting department. They need to work together and representatives should not give any information if they are not sure of. Very poor experience so far. Not recommended to anyone. Hope they do improve things.

Your employee’s are unable to follow instructions properly. I requested to be billed once a month and they continued to ignore me , billing me for 3 months. I give up ! I am currently shopping for a new insurance company . You are very unprofessional !!!

In my opinion Plymouth Rock insurance was the cheapest around for my needs for having full coverage insurance on my vehicle and customer service was friendly professional and courteous at all times and they were consistent on answering my questions that I had when I first got my policy. And for now everything is running smoothly with my payments that I'm making right at the moment.
