PM Furniture Assembly started with a simple observation: furniture assembly shouldn't be complicated. Whether you're setting up your first apartment, furnishing a new office, or installing a playground for your kids, the experience should be seamless and worry-free. We saw too many people struggling with confusing instructions, missing tools, and unreliable service. We knew there had to be a better way - one that prioritized clear communication, professional quality, and genuine customer care. Today, we're building a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional furniture assembly service. As we grow, we're committed to hiring and training our own technicians who represent PM Furniture Assembly and share our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Every project matters to us, whether it's a single bookshelf or a full office buildout.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred.
This customer contacted us regarding two separate projects: an exterior door replacement and a ceiling repair. Based on the photos provided, we prepared estimates for both projects, and the exterior door replacement was scheduled first.
Our technicians completed the door installation as scheduled. After the customer later mentioned a minor concern regarding light visible around the door, we immediately arranged for our technician to return the following day and make the necessary adjustment at no additional cost. The issue was resolved promptly because we stand behind our work and are committed to providing quality service.
While our technicians were on-site, they also reviewed the ceiling repair project. After seeing the area in person, it became clear that the scope of work was more extensive than what could be determined from the original photos. As a result, we updated the estimate to reflect the additional labor required. At that point, the ceiling repair project had not yet begun and was planned to be scheduled for a later date.
This was simply a revised quote based on the actual scope of work, not an attempt to take advantage of anyone. As with any estimate, the customer was under no obligation to proceed and was free to accept or decline the updated quote.
The concerns expressed in this review arose after the estimate for the ceiling repair was updated. However, the exterior door installation was completed, and the follow-up adjustment requested by the customer was addressed immediately at no additional cost. We remain committed to transparent communication, fair pricing, and standing behind the work we perform.
Perfect
Mark arrived right on time, at the stroke of 9. We were notified by text when he was 5 minutes out, and generally communication with the officer was well- timed. Upon opening the door, I could see that Mark exuded trustworthiness. He was more than trustworthy, however. He was affable, and he at the same time wasted no time in getting to the job at hand. He made an effort to contain the inevitable explosion of styrofoam packing bits, which I appreciated. It took two hours which was an hour less than many purchasers stated it took them to assemble. He heaved the chest over a bed into a tight space, and the drawers glide smoothly. And to top it off, he was so polite. And he took pride in his workmanship. All in all this was a great experience!

Best furniture assembly in miami
Whole experience was incredible from start to finish. About as quick and seamless as it gets. Alexander was the one who helped me out - and he approaches every detail with respect and the highest level of professionalism. I have no questions at all about his character and would even trust him in my home without me there. Between building a desk, installing shelves, and hanging up my artwork, everything came out perfect. He even noticed one of my other pieces of furniture was a bit wobbly and went out of his way to fix it because that’s just the kind of guy he is. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you!!!
