I am extremely disappointed with PNC…
I am extremely disappointed with PNC Bank and how they handled our business account. They closed our line of credit without any acknowledgment or communication. This was a line of credit that had been open for over 10 years, and during that entire time we never made a late payment and rarely even carried a balance for more than three months.
Despite maintaining an excellent history and being in good standing, the account was simply closed without notice. There was no respect for the long-term relationship or the reliability we demonstrated as customers.
To make matters worse, we were told we could simply apply for a new line of credit. Why would we do that after having a long-standing account closed without any communication or consideration?
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Business owners should be cautious when choosing PNC, as this situation made it very clear that they do not value long-term customers or the businesses that bank with them.
I would strongly encourage other business owners to consider banks that actually value relationships and communicate with their clients before making major decisions affecting their accounts.
