I had the same as everyone else, ordered dumbbells 17.1.25 and was told they were delivered 13.2.25 which they weren’t, I have sent multiple emails where they told me to look for the parcel?? They are now ignoring me and didn’t even offer a replacement at like other people

Had same experience as everyone else first order was saying delivered but wasn’t checked door bell cam I received nothing got told it was lost and would send my order out again .had same issue 2nd time round tracking saying delivered but received nothing now no reply on email.please avoid this company it a SCAM

Pness nie wysyła paczek wcale z tego co czytam :( kupiliśmy ciężarki w styczniu było że dostarczona no ale paczka widmo . Że sąsiad odebrał żeby tam szukać później było że kurier zgubił i że wyślą jeszcze raz oczywiście zero nr nadania nic , teraz już nie odpisują na meile . Czy ktoś wybiera się na policję zgłosić oszustwo ?

Do not order anything from Pnees! I ordered a folding portable work bench on January 16. They said the package was delivered around February 12. I sent several emails, explaining that is wasn’t delivered to my address. I was home all day and the cameras, never picked up a delivery. They couldn’t tell me what company made the delivery, and finally told me it was lost, and would send another one. 😂
Now they do even respond to my emails, so I’m guessing I was scammed, and the payment is stolen.
Avoid these losers and thieves, and buy on Amazon!

I ordered weights on 20.1 2025, the first order "disappeared" even though the tracking code said the shipment was here in Finland. They "sent" it again and I got a tracking code, supposedly the shipment was here in Finland, but suddenly the tracking code doesn't work. I got the same answers as everyone else here, the shipment went to a neighbor, etc. It's difficult to handle the matter from here anymore when they don't respond to emails. I don't recommend it, the whole company is a scam.

Ordered weights from pnees in January, told item was delivered and signed for, incorrect,retracted statement and said item was lost in transit, said item would be resent within 3 days, continued correspondence from my end regarding where was package, no correspondence since jan/feb

Never received purchase first attempt they said courier lost my parcel and would send a replacement, haven't received that one either. Contacted them for refund and have had no reply from them this time!!

Same as reviews below. First package said delivered. I contacted Pnees who said it had been signed for and to check with my neighbours. Nothing delivered. I asked to see the signature that signed for the package. At this point they said it was lost. They sent me another tracking number for a replacement package, which also says delivered on 25/3/25 at 6:10pm, it’s currently 8:20am. Fortunately I paid on credit card, who are arranging refund. Do not use this Scam company.

I placed an order and received a tracking number that could supposedly be followed on 17track.net. The number was for China Post, but it never showed up on any official EMS or postal systems—it was essentially a fake shipment that never actually existed. Somehow, 17TRACK displayed updates to make it look like the package was moving, keeping me waiting until the refund window almost closed. The company kept dragging things out, claiming they accepted the package was lost and promising to send a replacement. Don’t fall for it.

They send you tracking details but the item never arrives and they will just ask you to be patient as it's on its way.
They lie do not trust.

Pure scam!
Ordered and waited. Then they told me order was delivered on a Sunday.
Then brought some weird excuses about delivery is lost, even it's super heavy.
I would not recommend any orders

Same as other reviews. Item never arrived. Shock! Was relatively low cost, so took a gamble knowing I was covered with paypal.

Same as below, created an account, placed order. Followed fake tracking on 17track.net
Suprised when my parcel was ‘delivered’ at 5pm that day - when I was reading the notification at 8am. Then the merry dance of emails to their customer service drones. Full of encouraging and delaying words, eventually blaming the local courier service and then stopping responding all together.
Thankfully I paid for the goods by PayPal who issued a refund without question.

Complete sh’te; avoid as I suspect they r scammers. Nothing arrived, blamed the delivery firm, emails were as if written by kids in their rooms. If u buy ensure u doing through a route u can claim as I doubt they will refund.

Item never turned up, I’ve emailed a number of times they email back saying it’s on its way but still nothing.
I’ve now asked for a refund and now they are not replying.

Do not buy anything from pnees it's a scam, they fabricate the delivery tracking and say the item as arrived and been signed for when it as not. Total ripoff

Pretty much what everyone else said. Absolutely useless and scammy site. I haven't been able to issue a refund with PayPal yet and don't know if I will get to. Don't trust them whatsover.
