Easy process from order to delivery, even had a call to confirm a discrepancy with my address. DHL delivery was delayed and I got an email saying it had been delivered, which was a bit of a worry as it hadn’t been, but it was delivered the following day.
The air vest is very well made and comfortable to wear, in fact didn’t know I had it on, would definitely recommend so far, fortunately I haven’t tested deployment and I hope I didn’t any time soon. I have a young horse so it’s likely though. I got this following a fall three weeks ago using an airoware back protector which protected my bones but left me very bruised, as an older rider I’m hoping I’ll now bounce a bit better than I did. Overall so far I’m very pleased with my purchase

What a great company once you have a point two air jacket or my case two you basically keep it for life,bit like triggers broom every year new bits get added or you change shell colour and you just keep going and you end up every so often with a new jacket .
The service facility is excellent and makes the whole experience enjoyable and cost effective
