The server is always down, cant access their site and the client area. opened several ticked and sent messages in their messenger but no response. I've bought two of their hosting packages, one of them is still active. But there's no way to contact them.

There server remain down maximum time. Avoid there hosting if you have important sites.

I got bad service from them. Purchase web hosting solution & had several issues related to emails. Not the email hosting. It's just regular web hosting with essential emails, nothing else. The emails sometimes work & sometimes nothing happens. No incoming or outgoing. Even though I signed up using a custom domain email & I haven't received any verification mail or anything. They said custom domain email causes issues rather than fixing it; they suggest using Gmail or Hotmail-like accounts that noobish replies to. And support is hilarious. If I ask anything, they charge with their nasty tone & it's like we know nothing. Never go again & don't fall for cheap pricing. Others are giving better services with that pricing. I won't recommend them.

আমি দুইবছর ধরে পোকো হোস্ট ব্যবহার করে আসছি । অনেক ভালো সার্ভিস । আপনারা যারা ব্লগিং বা অন্যান্য কাজ করতে চান তাদের জন্য রিকোমান্ডেড থাকবে ।

কেও হোস্টিং কিনলে অবশ্যই pokohost থেকে কিনবেন না। আমি একটা হোস্টিং কিনে বিপদে পরে গেছি। আমি বাৎসরিক ৫৬০০ টাকার একটা হোস্টিং অফারে ৩৩২০ টাকা দিয়ে কিনেছি, কিনার পর ডোমেইন এড করে ssl চালু করার কোনো অপশন নেই এবং ২-৩ ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করে দেখি একাই চালু ও হয়না 😢 তাদের এসএমএস করলাম কিভাবে করবো তারা বললো আমাদের সাইটের অ্যাকসেস দেন করে দিচ্ছি।। দিলাম সব কিছুর অ্যাকসেস ,এর পরে ssl ৮-১০ ঘণ্টা সময় নিয়ে চালু করে দিলো 👍 ওমা ১০ দিন পর দেখি ssl নাই। আবার এসএমএস করলাম আবার সাইটের একসেস নিয়ে চালু করে দিলো। আবার গত ২ দিন আগে দেখি ssl গায়েব 😐 আবার চালু নিলাম।। আজকে আবার ssl নাই 🙂 ফেসবুকে এসএমএস করলাম রিপ্লাই নাই নাম্বারে কল দিলাম ধরেনা

Pokohost cheated with me. I purchased ultimate package. I paid their payment at the gateway for (premium ultimate package 5520tk).  But they say there is a problem with their gateway.  It will take a maximum of two months to get their money.  But even after 4 to 5 months, they did not give me service.  Before you take any service, you have to think and recognize .. I don't know if he is cheating with someone else.  I shared my experience.

I got best support and server speed from their. My mentor use and suggest their hosting so brought one. It was great experience. hope for best!
