The staff are very helpful and friendly. We recently took our grandson to see Santa at Polhill which was made a magical experience again so friendly and the layout, decoration and of course Santa were excellent. Love the offers sent through each month including the free coffee we use this regularly and also pick up plants etc whilst at Polhill. Thank you very much, please carry on with these great offers and the way you work.

Love visiting polhill .
Love visiting Polehill , good variety of plants 🪴 and the shopping 🛍 experience is great .
And we really love the food in the restaurant and the excellent waiting staff.
We visit once a month at least.
Overall a very enjoyable worthwhile visit.
