I had been struggling the whole of my sixth form experience with politics, getting D’s and E’s majority of my time there. I found this website, purchased the example packs and essay plans and memorised them. It helped so much I got a B in my results in the end! Never would’ve thought! Thank you :)

I hope this Ollie bloke has a cold pillow every night of his life. This kid got me an A* from nothing I tell you. Little bit of common sense and a disgusting amount of copying down these plans will get you a good grade. Listen to him. - his predictions also are gospel.

Daisie, my politics tutor was amazing! She was so helpful and really helped me to improve in my A level politics studies. I managed to get into my firm university with a grade B in politics! Couldn't have done it without her!

Ollie’s videos on YouTube honestly developed my understanding so much, the detail that’s in them is honestly worth really listening to. I went from a D to a B in the span of a few months for my final exam!!

This is the best resource I have EVER used for my schoolwork. I simply couldn’t have done politics without it and all of my friends agree. I got an A and hopefully getting an A* in my remark ( 2 away) fingers crossed. And a lot of that is thanks to politics explained. You NEED to get the essay plans if anything at all.

Politics explained is the sole reason I managed to get an A in my A levels. I struggled all through Year 12- low B’s and lots of C’s. I even considered dropping Politics due to me doing 4 A levels. I stuck through and bought the Paper 1 revision notes (eventually going on to buy comparative politics, feminism, paper 2 and paper 3 as they were SO good with the BEST examples.) I find that the older the example is the more difficult it is to remember eg when Tony Blair was PM how was I meant to remember who all his cabinet were??? But Starmers cabinet… its all over the news… so of course I remember it all. I found it difficult to find these examples relevant to the course just online the news but Politics Explained gave them to me in a single £20 document. During A levels time is of the essence so paying £20 and saving 50 hours on news apps is worth it. I was professionally predicting a B/C- let this be your sign. With dedication and Politics Explained- you can achieve anything!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BITE THE BULLET AND BUY THE NOTES AND COURSES. Also the predictions are bang on every year- immaculate

These essay plans were the main resource I used for revision which helped me get an A* in the real exams!!

The webinars and resources were extremely well put together and really guided my revision leading to me getting an A after being on C’s and B’s.

thank you SO much ollie! got an A* all thanks to politics explained, couldn't recommend these resources enough! the free resources on youtube are incredible, so detailed and with lots of up to date examples. i also purchased the uk politics (paper1) webinar, which was especially brilliant for up to date illustrative examples all relevant to possible essay questions. also highly(!) recommend the essay plan packs, which i got for paper 3 (global) and found to be great to build your own essay plans off of and use for blurting as revision. i wish i had resources like this for my other subjects as they were so beyond useful and no doubt almost single handedly secured my grade!!

They make very educational easy to understand guides and videos on youtube, use them!

AMAZING!!!!!! My friend and I solely used these resources for our edexcel a level politics and both came out with A stars, literally incredible could not recommend enough so worth it 🙌🙌🙌

Excellent value for money resources, provided in a digestible manner and then additional videos to keep examples bang up to date. My son got a A* today which I put down to the essay plans and his hard work. Would thoroughly recommend purchasing the essay plans, and tips from the webinars. Well worth the money.

The ytube videos and espescially the webinars were a godsend and helped carry my politics revision over the last few months of my a levels. Would highly recommend!

Ollie is a star! Including everyone else who has helped him. His resources, his essay plans came in an absoluste clutch for me and absolutely saved my exams. I genuinely based my revision off of Ollie's prediction for Global Politics and he saved my life . I don't know what I could do without him. I would recommened Politics Explained to everyone, hearing that there will be a Sociology explained, History and etc. I can tell Ollie and his people will save more students in the future.

ollie and nell the tutor i had started out with in the beginning of year 13 genuinely changed my whole a level experience! i hated the subject at the beginning of year 13 and was consistently getting Ds throughout year 12 with the use of the webinars and flashcards espically i was able to build up knowledge, exam techniques and a general enjoyment of the subject. i moved up to a B/A by the end of year 13 and i hope to get this by the end of if the year. don’t think that would have been possible without politics explained so give all the credit to them 🤞🤞

Shea was a fantastic tutor. Super friendly and really improved my confidence, I quickly jumped from Cs to As with the essay skills she gave me!
