Pollen's recruitment process is truly human- from the Slack Channel and emails, where opportunities are shared, to the application and conversational interview process. The post-interview feedback call is an extremely supportive and valuable experience. Pollen also boasts plenty of resources to support candidates in their career journeys, including their Notion page, podcasts/webinars and mentorship directory, which give an idea of the careers that are out there. I'm very grateful to the Pollen team for such a positive experience, which ultimately led to a once-in-a-lifetime graduate internship last summer!

I think the skills based assessment that mirrors the actual job regarding the application for the job as they don’t do CVs helps with seeing what the situation looks like in real life and also help me stand out.
