Spoke to Emma Hayes who helped me with my policy. I needed to change cover to ensure my daughter would be covered if anything were to happen and she made the whole thing really simple! She was such a pleasure to talk to and really personable which was so refreshing. I couldn’t recommend them enough for their straight forward process and to Emma for being so lovely.

I have been nervous and worried about getting life insurance due to a pre-existing condition, the person I spoke with today was really understanding with this and advised me that everything was okay. We went through all the relevant paperwork and questions and came up with a plan at the end, I did not feel any pressure to pick a plan and was able to pick what best suited my situation at the time.
It had been real pleasure to have someone so understanding but also willing to listen to your concerns, the customer service was top tier! Well done Polly!
The person I spoke with today was kind, compassionate and understanding. This made the overall experience more pleasant, it is never nice at 32 to be thinking about death and ensuring your family are looked after all if/when the times comes, but it was made so pleasant and easy.

What a lovely gentleman I have spoken to today. He took his time and went through everything in detail. As a mum of 2 this policy was so close to my heart, making sure my children are ok if an emergency situation ever happened. This gentleman truly understood and took me under his wing and reassured me. He was truly an inspiration. If you direct the reviews to the individual, his name was Tommy Miles! Aged 39, getting life insurance for the first time. No husband or kids but if the worst were to happen to me I would like to know that my parents would be ok after some financial difficulties over the years. I spoke to Simon Strange. He was super efficient, straight to the point but in a kind and compassionate way. I emailed him back and forth a bit to check how much other lump sum payments would change the monthly amount paid. Very quick replies. We talked through what I thought would suit me/my loved ones best and came to an agreement/monthly payment that I am happy with. Also happy with the payout amounts, again if the worst were to happen. Happy to recommend Polly and Simon.
