It was really reassuring to have something that could be quite stressful and daunting be carried out with compassion, sensitivity and a bit of friendly humour.

We need life insurance and I was interested in Polly, however after completing an online form I received a call straight after and advised I wasn’t available. The agent was pushy and wanted to know a time they could call back. I said 3 times I will contact them. Before I could say bye they hung up on me. I then received another call 5 minutes later from a different number and I explained the call id just received and told them to remove me from their calling list as I found it very disrespectful. They were very short with me. Very very pushy! I am assuming they get commission!

As all others have said I completed a quote on the email yesterday and ever since have received spam calls from various companies. They share your data and now I don’t even want to go with them anymore! Avoid!

To confirm you do sell data- as I have never received a spam call on this new number. I got a call from an Indian chap saying they are calling from a o2 which I’m not with on a mobile, then a few more from people who are not polly nor have I contacted. I used a new phone and new sim so it’s definately you guys

I have two polices with Polly. Each time I have spoken to them they have been friendly, helpful and down to earth. I would highly recommend them! Mitchell was lovely and very good at his job! I cannot remember the name of the other chap but he was also lovely. Thank you guys!
