So this is probably the worst casino online! Just look at the simplest thing they could have been truthful on...when you are on the lowest tier they barely offer you customer support, but as you move your way up...customer support availability gradually gets better as a way of saying tha k you for playing their games and also for spending your money to climb thru the rankings at a speedier pace! What they really should have said in their T&C was "We dont give a flying coitus about your issue with our site so please go away and thanks for making my house and car payments and also putting my borderline retarded children thru boarding, disciplinary, military, terrorist, and private school so my daughter could go to college and learn how to act during a (was told to change the word i used so a Dwayne Johnson movie about kids in juvenile detention playing football "the gridiron ____" + the sound a gun makes) cuz she has always been daddy's little por...no wait...prom...yes....shes always been daddy's little prom-o star while my son went to college to study insects...cuz he had insects..well it sound right to me....with his sister during her "gridiron shooting" lesson...all 72 of them! Normally I would give a few names of other sites that I would recommend you try before trying Poly....but sorry...this time im not recommending any other sites....cuz litterally...any other site...when I say any I seriously mean any....even rate my poop is 100% better then Poly...atleast with rate my poop you know youre donating to something gross...you might even have a better chance at a return from them too!
