I ordered 2 shirts for an upcoming event. I am traveling out of town and clearly specified a shipping address and then my billing address for payment. They mixed the two addresses and somehow fed ex shipped them to my home address with the mistake. I asked for help on their email help center and they told me they shipped to the address provided. No number to call. No customer service. Not impressed. I will return them when I get home in two weeks regardless of whether they are good quality or not. Do better poncho. Your Shopify site SUCKs!

Ordered a shirt and they charged my credit card but never sent the shirt. Tried to contact them to find out what happened but there is no way to get in touch with them. No customer service phone and they never responded to my emails. Terrible customer service!

Love the shirts but customer service needs work. Ordered 4 shirts. Offer was for 3 free gifts. Only 2 showed on order, koozie and hat. Noticed as soon as I placed the order, emailed customer service and explained and they emailed me back asking for the style of tshirt. They said they would take care of it. Got my order today, no free tshirt. Notified customer service and forwarded their email and they said no shirt. Terrible customer service.

My husband ordered the incorrect size. He would like to exchange it. Never even opened it. We followed the instructions for exchange and never heard back from the company. They ask you to email them and they will send a return slip. We tried 3 different times. Then we went to the help email address and never heard back from that email either. So the shirts are great. This is his third shirt. But customer service stinks.

I looked at these shirts for a couple of months before buying because they're so expensive. I ended up buying flannel for my 25 year old son and a lightweight one for my husband. They both wear tall, and there were few options available because it was a holiday and everything was sold out. They both loved the shirts, my son wears his constantly. But I just couldn't live with the color of my husband's. I regrettably chose it because it was the only color available in XLT - Froglegs. It was a weird mint green that almost looked like a dirty white. Anyway, the return was free and simple! I will definitely buy again once they restock with other colors.

Generally, the shirts are very good. I’m taller and the sleeve length is great. I own a few, and the oldest one is over a year old. It’s showing some piling now, but otherwise it’s still good. Looking at other nice flannel shirts, these are in the same price range.

They started using DHL to deliver, which means it’ll take over 2 weeks. I emailed customer service to follow up on my last order, and they said the it’ll be delivered 4-7 days after the carrier receives it, but they consider USPS the carrier. DHL hands off to USPS, so it ends up taking a long time.

The hoody felt very cheap especially around the wrist cuff. By the end of the first day it had stretched out to 1 1/2 times the original diameter. If you are wanting a well constructed shirt to last a while this is not it.

First shirt I ordered as a gift was the wrong size, but I was able to easily and seamlessly complete an exchange. Again, I requested the wrong fit when doing the exchange, and reached out via email. Angie was quick to respond and give me options on how to get the right item. Best customer service I have received and excellent products. Will be back for more.

I ordered two shirts for my husband for Father's Day. He loved them, they seem like great quality and well made and the fabric is so soft. But after one wearing and wash the fabric is pilling in large patches. I emailed customer support asking if they use a different type of fabric in any of their other styles of shirts that we might try instead, and I got an AI response saying that we could do a return through the link. No answer to the question about fabrics. So we are returning both shirts and won't get anything else from them.

My favorite brand! Wore their shirts every day I went to the Hondo Rodeo recently!
